Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

Giovanni was super helpful for our stay! We needed parking and so he went out of his was to help out and offered us multiple options. Really enjoyed our stay in Parma it is a beauty city and his place is a great base to explore from!

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

Large accommodation located in a large house with a very large garden. Ideal with young children. It has everything you need and the comfort to have a pleasant stay. Neighbors are adorable. This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment is very clean, large, In a good location. Walkable to everything. they provided cookies, milk, jelly, toast, coffee and tea, a very nice touch. The bed were a little bit on the harder side but comfortable. Could use better pillows and 1 more per person. The neighborhood had a loud party until after 1am. That is no fault of Tetti Di Parma though. We would recommend and stay again if we return to Parma.

Highly recommended! Ideal accommodation to explore Parma and its surroundings, especially if you arrive by car (accommodation located outside the ZTL and free parking nearby - at the bottom of the building if you are lucky or in the neighborhood a few minutes walk away, many very good shops nearby and center easily accessible on foot in 25 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, authentic immersion with the locals. Spacious accommodation, very clean, comfortable bedding, as described, where you feel very good! Our stay was very pleasant. The apartment was exactly as described, clean and functional. Patrizia is very kind and helpful, she did everything to solve a small problem with the air conditioning before our arrival. We would love to come back. Convenient apartment for visiting the center of Parma.

Great rental!! Paolo is an exceptional host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Do not hesitate to book with him the visits of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and the exceptional jacuzzi! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! The perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

If you're looking for calm, kindness and discretion, you've come to the right place at Sari and her husband's. The accommodation was comfortable for my 3 daughters and me. Be careful we had a lot of mosquitoes but sari can't do anything about it, just so you take the necessary precautions. I remember the calm and the magical decor. Thanks a lot Sari 😘

Our stay in Brugnato was simply great! The location is ideal for excursions to Cinque Terre – quiet, but super connected. The absolute highlight was the whirlpool on the terrace - after a day of hiking and exploring the villages, it was simply priceless. The accommodation was cozy and well equipped – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you for this great break!

The perfect accommodation to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A sweet café right on the doorstep - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

My husband and I stayed with Alice and her family on Valentine's Day weekend and we were pleasantly impressed by the attention to the customer, she provided us with many solutions for activities and restaurants to eat at. The studio was equipped with everything you need, studied in detail like all the lovely furniture. In the fridge there were all the products of their farm, each one better than the other (yogurt, panna cotta and puddings and milk of the highest mountain quality). A visit to their farm is a must, because it's really worth seeing the love and passion that the family puts into the business up close and, above all, a special thanks goes to Paolo, the owner and father of Alice, who enchanted us during the visit to the farm. What can I say, keep it up and you can't help but have super happy guests who are satisfied with everything you offer. The truly delicious and cozy spa is a treat to try
