An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d 'Orient, vineyards and factory shops. On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs there are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

At the end of a cul-de-sac, peaceful country house located less than a 10-minute drive from the Orient Lakes. Guests can enjoy the view of our horses in the meadow, as well as walks in the forest accessible 200 m from the house. Ideally located, 20 minutes from historic Troyes city center and outlet stores, 5 minutes from Lusigny-sur-Barse for all daily needs, and 35 minutes from the famous Nigloland amusement park.
