Independent holiday home located in the middle of the green San Bartolo National Park and looking at the blue of the Adriatic sea, the house is a welcoming and comfortable home of 100 square meters, perfect for people who love being in nature and relaxing looking at a spectacular view that goes from the Appennini to the sea. The house, an old fishermen’s house which have been recently refurbished, is close to the village of Casteldimezzo and the characteristic village of Fiorenzuola di Focara.

The cottage in nature

La casetta is a small apartment made from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, welcoming, and intimate. It is on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn overlooking the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric plates and a microwave. A refuge where you can experience refreshing moments in a disruptive nature and discover a rich territory

This charming, fully renovated farmhouse offers you an oasis of peace and relaxation. The 5,000 sqm property is fully fenced, not visible and has a large pool that offers cooling and relaxation. Surrounded by 150 olive trees, you can enjoy nature to the fullest. The house has two separate apartments (single rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
