The area has restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, a local health authority, and the OPA heart hospital (950 m). Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a new bathroom, a water heater, a fully equipped kitchen, a 50" smart TV, a washing machine, and a heater. Pets allowed. Parking on the side of the road. Smoking and parties are prohibited. Please keep the place tidy and clean. No noise after 11:00 PM.

It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops, and art galleries. The sea and the Parco della Versiliana can be reached in a few minutes by bicycle.
