Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Along the property "runs" the Grande Randonnée, GR13. You start the most beautiful walks from the front door!

ou'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. This house, renovated by us, is located in the heart of the Morvan countryside. There you will find peace and quiet, with Lake Pannecière within walking distance and many hiking trails. Lake Settons is about a 30-minute drive away. Château-Chinon is 7 min. Beautiful interior spaces, the house has 2 bedrooms (upstairs) each with a mezzanine. An outdoor area with barbecue available. 🚭‼️

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Old barn renovated with quality materials including a bedroom for two, a small bedroom with a bed 110 cm wide, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, a sofa bed living room with equipped kitchen and a terrace. You access it through a cul-de-sac. You will find all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The entrance is at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right. Avallon is a very friendly small town with shops, bars and restaurants.
