All with No neighbours to look at, because you get the whole floor of the apartment builing! This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. You will follow the sunrises from the East terrace, enjoy unforgetable moments in the sun on the South balcony and inhale the breath taking sunsets while eating dinner on the West terrace. All without any neighbours to look at. Because the whole floor is yours! Master beedroom with fantastic sea views has a queen sized bed. Two other bedrooms, both with sea views, have 2 single (90cm) beds, which can be joined together for a matrimonial King sized bed. Direct access to the beach via a private entrence, a large swimming pool and a kids playgroung at your disposal. Great restaurants within walking distance and the center of Barcelona just 14 km away. There is a bus stop (L95) for a direct Bus to Barcelona city center, about a 3 min walk from the apartment. Please note that the table on the South balcony opens to accomodate 6 people. Gava Mar is an exclusive area just outside of the city of Barcelona. It is a very green area, in the middle of a pine forest and full of palm trees, next to the Delta de Llobreagat natural park, providing a quiet beach environment. Yet close to the city center. Comfortable, quiet and sunny apartment. Private parking in the building costs €20 per day. Located on a central avenue that is very well connected. Across the street is the subway and bus and you will also find all the services: supermarket, pharmacy, banks, cafes and restaurants, bakeries, .... Magnificent apartment entirely renovated. Gaudir means "enjoy" in Catalan and during your stay in this apartment you will really enjoy Barcelona. From its terrace, the panoramic views over the city will reach from the coast and Montjuïc to the Tibidado Mountain! Located in a central and safe area, well connected by public transport and just a 10-minute walk from the exclusive shops of Paseo de Gracia, the Gaudir apartment will allow you to enjoy an unforgettable stay in Barcelona. The Apartment: Modern, elegant and very bright, the Gaudir apartment is located in a residential building especially suitable for families and groups of adults over 30 years old. HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. This apartment is home to chef Marc Vidal. It has been newly renovated to accommodate his needs, boasting a large kitchen counter top in an open-plan space, with hand-picked art pieces and furniture making it a warm and inviting home. It is super bright and has a wonderful terrace, perfect to sit out to eat and hang out, with views of the mountains and the sea.
