Ideally located at the entrance to the Morvan Regional Park: * 2.5 hours from Paris * 10 minutes from the A6 highway exit * 15 minutes from Saulieu * 15 minutes from Semur-en-Auxois * 25 minutes from the Parc de l'Auxois * Several lakes nearby: Lac de Pont, Chamboux, Saint-Agnan, Lac des Settons.

Upstairs, 1 shower and 1 toilet, 2 double bedrooms (including 1 with a bunk bed) under the attic, each with a sink. Renovated in January 2021.
