Great house very well equipped with a golden host! We spent 15 days surrounded by two small chickens and Liquorice, the cat. The house is very well equipped, the rooms are clean and well laid out. Everything is done to spend great times with family or friends!

Beautiful spacious, comfortable and neat villa. Perfect stay in a pleasant house to stay in with all amenities. Perfect house for a group and family (there were 8 of us). Perfectly heated, we did not suffer from the cold, the area is very quiet, not to mention the large garden that allows you can walk the dogs. Frédéric is charming and attentive. We highly recommend this property.

The place and the hostess are quite charming. The part reserved for us was very nice, we enjoyed the pool and the area is really beautiful!

We enjoyed the house in itself for its design, its neat decoration. In addition, the proximity to the historic center of Clermont Ferrand allowed us to discover a facet of this very beautiful city.

Our Host Stéphanie very kindly hosted us. Her house is very spacious and ultra functional. The swimming spa is great and really very relaxing. Stéphanie was very attentive with us!!! Breakfast with pastries, fruit, brioche and homemade jam... Great!!! In addition, during COVID, Stephanie had left us hydroalcoholic gels available. She is a very pleasant and smiling person. Couldn't have been better...

The house is ideal for adults and children. Many games are available for children (in addition to the trampoline, ping-pong table, etc.) and the bar/pool area will delight adults. There is really everything you need in terms of equipment and a shop 5 minutes away by car allows you to buy enough to stock up! Small clarification about the rooms, they are not independent (except for the 2 children's rooms) but it's not a problem when you enjoy these spaces with friends! I recommend it!

We had a lovely stay, 6 adults and 3 children (5 months, 1 year and 4 years) The house is very functional and very well-equipped. (Toys, high chairs, baby bed…) Large garden, heated pool, plancha/charcoal barbecue… everything is there. And the concierge, Nicolas, is attentive and always available.

Great weekend at Caroline's. Lovely house full of charm, ideal for 15 to 20 people with all the amenities you need. Super responsive, friendly and available host. I recommend it and we will try to come back.

The place is amazing, secluded from everything. The manor is located in the middle of 50 hectares of greenery. Catherine welcomed us very warmly, she is available as needed. Her place is close but she remains very discreet. We didn't understand that the outbuildings didn't have direct access to the living room. You have to go through the exteriors. It was nice and warm so it was not a problem but you have to plan to get dressed if this is not the case. We would also have liked to take advantage of the swimming pool that was announced open from May. We all kept fond memories of this stay and will be back for sure!

Very good holiday place for young and old. The house is beautiful and easy to live in with many resources. The swimming pool is very large. Area deserves to be known.

We had a great weekend at Cédric and Chloé's place in Pionsat. There were 23 of us at a family reunion and the cottage, or more exactly the 2 cottages of the property, were totally suitable. Cédric and Chloé are very welcoming and the communication between us was very fluid from the first inquiries. We highly recommend the Gite Lafayette.

We had a lovely time with the family thanks to the beautiful spaces in this home. The diversity of activities, the materials available and their qualities allow you to enjoy together without question. The house is very well laid out with its sleeping area and beautifully decorated during this holiday season. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor spaces with its large garden and paths around the house for hikes in the middle of the frosted fields. This environment is perfect for creating beautiful group/family vacation memories. Finally, Valerie is 100% available since booking and very good tips. Beautiful accommodation, pool area/pool house/garden very enjoyable in summer! Peaceful and quiet, relaxation guaranteed. I would put a small downside on the cleaning that was not spotless (dirt on the countertop/some furniture, dust, terrace) and on some equipment mentioned in the listing that is not present: bath towels, shower gel/shampoo -> which is not serious in itself but needs to be removed from the listing. However, it would be nice to provide towels! Despite this, the house and especially the outside is very pleasant for a weekend with family or friends in summer. Many thanks
