Due to the size, my apartment is best for 1-2 people without a lot of luggage. I can’t make it any more clear how small this apartment is. So please do not book this if you value lots of space. The value is in the location. Easy self check-in (I allow early check in the day of arrival ok). Strict check out time. No luggage storage.

Welcome home :) My relaxing 50m2 studio, where the artist Suzanne Valadon lived, looks like à little house, located on the ground floor of a private, quiet and secure residence, with a beautiful courtyard. High ceilings in the living room, and a private closed bedroom upstairs. Confortable furnished, views on greenery. Walking around is so easy : The Abesses district, shops, restaurants, the subway 12 and 2, only a 1mn walk away . A perfect central place to rest after exploring Paris!

Our artist's studio, a 50 m2 loft is located on the 2nd floor of a 1930s building, nestled at the bottom of a secret hamlet, very quiet and typically Parisian wooded. With its large traditional small-pane windows, it benefits from exceptionally high ceilings of more than 4.50 m. In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

Welcome to a 45m2 (485 sqft) loft, new and equipped with quality furniture, located in the heart of the 12th, the greenest district of Paris, bordered by the Bastille district and the very festive 11th district. The Daumesnil metro (lines 8&6) is a 2-min walk away, you will enjoy direct access to Bastille (8min), the Accor Arena (10min), Grand Boulevards (19min), the Marais district (14min) & the Eiffel Tower (38min).

The loft is located 100 meters from the Canal de l 'Ourq in Pantin. It measures 55 m2. It is bright and spacious. It has a green terrace and is on the first and last floor of a quiet, secure and design building. Parties, parties, and/or gatherings are strictly prohibited. I live on the same level, in case of abuse you will have to leave the apartment immediately, you will no longer have access to the accommodation.
