We will be delighted to welcome you in the best conditions at the Faubourg apartment. The 120 m2 of the apartment are entirely dedicated to renting! Close to the Hyper center, two minutes walk from the Palais des congrés Jacques Chirac and the Pathé cinemas. 10 mins walk to Valencia city train station. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a very quiet small condominium that only has 3 floors. Can't be rented to arrange an evening out. No smoking in the unit.

Our apartment is designed to accommodate 4 people, but it can easily accommodate up to 6 people thanks to our sofa bed in the living room.
