Holiday rentals with a patio in Montmorency County

Jeffrey was a great and responsive host! The place was right near a lot of great restaurants and stores downtown Gaylord.

Our stay here was great for our little ski getaway! The house had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen, to a cozy living room to lounge in, to large, comfortable bed rooms. We even were able to bring our furry friend along with us. The host was very responsive, friendly, and flexible with check in. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful, clean house was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids). Walkable location to the Marina, State park trail along the Lake (walking/running), downtown Rogers City, the Pavillon (w/restaurant), parks, restaurants/shopping. House was as described, very clean, amenities as Clay listed, and kept up. Clay was responsive via message, no issues at all, Will stay here on our next visit!

house was very clean and a close walk to downtown Gaylord. Beds were very comfortable. I would suggest this place to anyone wanting a house close to downtown. would definitely stay there again.

Jeffrey had accommodated us during our stay by allowing us to pack up things due to a misunderstanding of time frame. We were expecting to be booked later but it ended up being booked for us to leave sooner. He allowed us to get things picked up before leaving. The apartment is in a good area with many walking distance restaurants which make it easy if you don’t want to drive around town. It was very nice staying there and I felt very safe in the apartment complex. There was plenty of cooking supplies which is often a hit or miss with Airbnb’s. It was very child friendly and I felt comfortable letting my one year old go around without being concerned with dangerous things for him to get into.

Very clean, cozy, excellent location, beautiful golf course, great scenery for fall tours. The home is fully equipped, bathrooms very clean, kitchen had everything we needed.

So I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals. This was by far one of my favorites. They literally thought of everything in their design and execution. It was so comfortable and fun - my friends who came with me were utterly charmed. The train motif was fabulous- and the beds were so comfortable. It was so clean and everything smelled new. The private back deck was a wonderful surprise. And the ice cream shop next door with delicious pizza and paninis were next level. The staff were just lovely and treated us like royalty. These are top notch hosts with immediate response. They not only make their guests welcome - they want their guests to feel welcome. I had a lovely time and will plan on staying here in the future. This is a true gem in the north of the lower peninsula. So happy to have a great place to stay so close to family near the island. I give them an A+ rating - well done Troy and Alison!! This was our second year in a row spending our family vacation. It was just as great as the first year!! The place was great, with everything we needed for a great stay! We only needed to bring our suitcase, everything else was provided. The place was very clean and we felt at home here. The lake and sunsets were beautiful, will definitely stay again!!!

Would definitely recommend. Great lake view and access, even sand for the kids to play on. Beautiful home, with plenty of entertainment, lounge, and sleeping space.

Comfortable and homey! The hosts have thought of everything. Very responsive. We loved the lake access and the walkability to the park. The washer and dryer turned out to be a huge blessing! Thanks for a great few days in your lake home!

Jana was fantastic to work with! Very accommodating! The cottage was nice and clean and perfect for our family of 8! We could walk to town as well as to the beach and playground!

Our family absolutely loved staying here! The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. It was four of us but we loved how it could sleep way more. We loved how the basement was another living quarters and a place to hang out at for our kids. The surroundings and the views were beautiful. The hosts responded asap to any question. I loved the 75 inch TV in the living room. We will definitely keep this one on our up north list.

This condo was beautiful. Very clean, modern, well equipped, and comfortable and in a great location on the water. Perfect for couples or families. The hosts were very friendly and good communicators.
