Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Vue à couper le souffle plein sud, jardin suspendu paisible avec piscine privative pour le couple de voyageur, bassin à poisson , palmiers et terrasse. trois restaurants dont un traiteur dans le village, une boulangerie et un supermarché… tout à proximité à pied. 2 NIGHTS MINIMUM. 1 week minimum during summer and school holidays. Entire long weekend. Small house backed by a hillside of Quercy, beautiful green and wooded region. Visit the old stones of Lot and Tarn and Garonne, castles, medieval villages. Lounge on the region's water bodies, and enjoy the rich local gastronomy. The house is located 450 m from the shops. Pets welcome (see "other information" sections, bikers and scooter riders welcome.

The attic

Come and spend a night in a former dovecote. Experience a quiet moment in an atypical accommodation in the countryside. Spacious outdoors, under the trees. Inside: On the ground floor, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. On the 1st, an equipped kitchen and a living area with wood-burning stove. On the 2nd, at the end of an impressive staircase, a spacious bedroom for two people in which it is possible to add an extra bed.

Welcome to our charming house located near the historic center of Montpezat de Quercy. Living room with sofa, TV and a large table. Beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area. A bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with closets with a shower room. A second bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with storage. The bathroom (walk-in shower) is located in one of the bedrooms. List of products provided: Sheets, towels, coffee, tea, miscellaneous products...
