The Duck Shed, a retreat to explore from.

A pretty colonial style self catering chalet, with a three sided terrace, in the beautiful undulating countryside near Lautrec. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

The cottage, "Le Joyeux Liseron", is a cozy maisonette with terrace on stilts plus a nature area with beautiful views of the hills and private Nordic bath. Located halfway between Lautrec and Vénès, you will find various amenities nearby: grocery store, post office, tobacco shop, bar, restaurant, etc... supermarket (9 km). The nearest airport, Castres-Mazamet, is 28 km (25 min) away. You can also walk or cycle on our various hiking trails. Including the hiking trail located just 50 m from the cottage.
