Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Montreat

A great place to stay in asheville! Rom and Dawn were incredibly welcoming and the place had all we needed to have a great weekend! Highly recommend.

There were some wonderful, particular touches that made this place special: the admirable iron-work throughout the house, the little bowl of chocolates, the "Everybody Poops" children's book. The location is absolutely ideal if you want to be able to walk to a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (We had an incredible chocolate cake at the pizza place directly next door.) We were also easily able to walk to the local lake and the Saturday market. We were also surprised by how little street noise there was; the bedroom being near the back of the space helped with this too. It was an ideal weekend.

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and get away from everything but close to Asheville and other areas I wanted to visit. Very well put together and thought out. I enjoyed the swing on the back porch in the mornings. The spa like bathroom is also very relaxing. For this trip, I was on my own and appreciated that there was a secluded feeling but the owners were above and available if needed. Everything I needed for a peaceful get away was provided. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stayed at Lynn’s place for a few days while visiting family nearby. We appreciated the clear instructions and easy check-in. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable- we were able to find everything we needed with ease. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that make this place special (we loved the towel warmer in the bathroom). Lynn was very friendly and accommodating and provided a comfy high chair for our 10 month old baby. Thank you!

Muffi and Tim’s place was awesome! Very homey and comfortable but also packed with extra amenities even beyond what were listed. It’s tucked away and peaceful but within 5-10 minutes of just about everything, 15-20 minutes for the farther parts of the city. Clean and cozy and highly recommended!

Leslie’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the stunning mountain views, complete with chairs on the porch where we could sit, relax, and take it all in. Watching the sunset while using the grill to make our BBQ was an unforgettable experience! Leslie was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was also ideal—just 25 minutes away from Ride Kanuga and Rock Creek MTB trails, and only 10 minutes from Publix for quick shopping. To top it off, there’s a fantastic coffee shop just 5 minutes away that serves the best croissants I’ve ever tried! The peacefulness of the property added to the charm—it’s a quiet and serene place to unwind. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we got restful sleep during our entire stay. The place was clean, well equipped with essentials, and comfortable bed and linens. The area was peaceful and view of the mountains was beautiful. We received clear instructions to find the place. The host was very responsive. There was nothing more we could want.

We loved our stay! Had a girl's trip with 4 of us and it was the perfect blend of seclusion while also being close to many things. Peaceful and quiet, beautiful porch and views, clean, safe, well-stocked, and plenty of parking (we easily fit 3 cars). We cooked dinner every night at the house and it had everything you'd need. I brought my own chef's knife (I'm picky) so I can't speak to that, but found everything else we needed. Would definitely recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a few days. It’s a cozy home away from home that is comfortable and has pretty much everything you need to relax. The kitchen had everything that we needed so we didn’t feel any reason to go out for dinner. The host was absolutely amazing and we hope to return to this home in the future.

Perfect getaway with peace and quiet, dog loved it too. Walkable to Black Mountain with shopping, restaurants and music venues.

Excellent home in an ideal location walking distance to town. House was spacious and furniture comfortable. The backyard was a hit with the pups. The screened in porch with the swinging bed was ideal when we had some rain. The house was very clean and the TV’s easy to use . Would absolutely return.

This was such a lovely place for a relaxing getaway with my sister. Alex & Julie are attentive to detail, and have thought out everything to make this tiny cabin both completely functional and very enjoyable! From extra blankets, perfect lighting options, plenty of outlets, toiletries... so thoughtful!! We enjoyed several of the outdoor seating options in our short stay, and also loved the cute use of space and "private" bedroom nooks in the cabin! We also loved the location being so close to downtown, hiking, and Lake Tomahawk park. Highly recommend staying here!!

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

Heather and Bob’s Air BnB was beautiful and private. It was the cleanest place I have stayed in and they provided nice treats for us. The local recommendations were great. The communication from Heather and Bob was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

The Rosa Villa was perfect for our 3 day get away! This home was beautiful & had EVERY necessity you can imagine from lotions, to weighted blankets to nicely stocked mini kitchenette! Close to downtown & the Biltmore at the end of the road! Hosts we there with anything we needed. When we come back in the fall will definitely book this home again!

First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

Lovely place to stay, very clean and equipped with everything anyone would need. The location is very safe how you enter the condo building and very quiet as well. Walking distance to some wonderful restaurants and the Orange Peel which is a music venue. Kelli is a very good communicator and easy to work with. I would recommend Kelli's place 100%.

I really loved the location, my room and bathroom were perfect. They were responsive, and quickly, whenever I had a question. Their place felt like a second home for the moment. I loved it!

Our group was new to Asheville and we all felt so at home, comfortable, and cozy in this condo. Parking was easy and we were able to walk to breweries, shops, a co-op, restaurants, and a music venue. Highly recommend booking this place for your trip!

Beautiful views and peaceful place in the mountains! We had a wonderful stay here! The only thing I would say is just to pay attention to the listing because there is no air conditioning which for most of the year I know is not necessary! When I booked, I didn’t notice that she had clearly listed that there is no air-conditioning. There are ceiling fans, and one floor powered fan to help circulate the air. The views are amazing from the porch and the porch furniture is fantastic for sitting in the evening in the morning! The apartment has everything you need and is so comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
