The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

A perfect Parisian stay! David’s apartment was the ideal home base for our trip to Paris. The location was fantastic—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to shops, bakeries, and metro stations. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a well-equipped kitchen and helpful local tips. David was an excellent host—responsive, welcoming, and made check-in easy. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and convenient Paris experience!

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Martin's apartment was the PERFECT place to stay for our first trip to Paris! The location cannot be beat, everything is so easily accessible. So many great restaurants and shops right on the street and in the neighborhood. Metro was super easy to find and use for places that were too far to walk. Martin was a great host and always responsive. We had a bit of trouble with the codes for both doors during check in, but after we recieved the keys, there is a fob that easily opens both doors and had no further trouble. It is worth noting the apartment is a third floor walk up, so don't overpack luggage! The apartment itself is spacious and clean, we were so happy to have the extra space. The bath towels could use replacement, as they are small and super scratchy/bleach stained, but we have found the same thing at Airbnb's in other parts of Europe. I would just consider packing my own for next time. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitley be staying here on our next trip!

Helenes home was perfect! You are closer to the Eiffel Tower than the pictures make it seem. The home was well stocked and had plenty of ammenities. We would definately stay here again.

Clear instructions in advance, quick response when needed. Pleasant host and charming apartment decorated with taste and full of attention (coffee, bottle of water, etc.) I recommend.

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

This is my favorite place to stay in Paris! I loved sitting on the sofa with the windows open listening to the city outside. It's a great place with everything you need and there is so much to discover just by walking around the neighborhood. Fred and his wife are excellent hosts and so easy to work with! Merci beaucoup!

We chose this apartment to spend a long weekend in Paris. It was the best choice imaginable. The communication was super easy, so you could check into this gem without any difficulties. The loft bed is of course the highlight of the apartment, it is like when you were a child, when you were allowed to sleep in the bunk bed upstairs. :) The apartment is also super clean and modern. We would be happy to come back if we make it to Paris again. Which I assume. Oh, there are great opportunities to shop, eat out and the bakers are á la bonheur! We had a wonderful stay at this rustic apartment in the heart of the Pigalle neighborhood of Paris. It's on the top floor of a beautiful old building with a balcony running the length of the space that looks out over the street below. The furnishings are comfortable and clean, not anodyne, but personal—for example, charming Buddha statues in the entryway and bathroom—and thoughtfully equipped with clothes washer, heated towel rack, stove, and oven. The shower works particularly well. Its location near Place Pigalle is ideal if you don't mind street noise at night, just steps away from great cafes, bakeries, restaurants and the M2 and M12 Metro lines. The host was professional, responsive, provided clear instructions for check-in anytime, and great local recommendations. A solid choice for anyone looking for real Parisian experience.

We have stayed at Daniel's for 4 nights. Appartment was exactly as described. It was more spacious than expexted. Ideal for couples or a family of 3. Very quiet area and felt safe at night, too walking home. Daniel was responsive and helpful. The place was ideally situated to visit Disneyland. (We drove to Val D'Europe shopping centre- free parking till 11 pm than took the train to Disneyland which was one stop away.) Also, there is a supermarket literally a minute away from the apartment which was very practical. Thank you for hosting us. We would definitely book again if we visited the area.

Fantastic place with everything you need! Really an oasis a good distance from the city. In order to recover from the busy city, this is highly recommended The pool and garden is lovely and the house is cozy and has everything you need. Beautifully located on the outskirts of the forest.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

You can walk to various subway lines in just 10 minutes. I heard that it is safe among the various areas of Paris. The accommodation is cozy and has an elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage up. There are also many good restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is not visible next to it, but the scenery in front of you is beautiful. It was a good place to spend time comfortably.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Airbnb flat that accommodated our party of four nicely. Beautiful decor and greatly enjoyed our feline host (Lucknow). Both toilettes are at the same end of the flat so bedrooms at far end are not immediately near access to a toilette (just different layout than expected). The location is quiet but should be noted that it is on the second level of the building just above a children's preschool/daycare so there were mornings with children crying at drop offs which was mildly disruptive. Stephanie was a wonderfully accommodating and communicative host. She offered multiple suggestions for the area (shopping, dining, etc) whenever asked, prior to and during our stay. She even made arrangements for us at her delicious Indian restaurant located near Notre Dame. Overall, Stephanie's accommodations made for a spacious and comfortable stay. Merci !
