Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Village in the heart of Morvan, about 2.5 hours from Paris and Lyon and in the middle of 3 beautiful Morvan lakes. A 10-minute walk to the center of the village, the house is completely independent and not overlooked. It has a large living room with direct access to a south-facing terrace and a large garden. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a dormitory with 3 single beds to accommodate you as well as a meadow for your horses.

Boulangerie/épicerie à 3 min à pied. Commerces et restaurants à 20 min en voiture. Région du Morvan propice aux activités : randonnées, pêche, canoë, vélorail, Vézelay, lacs de Pannecière et des Settons.

Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

Butterfly House

U heeft de beschikking over een eigen huisje met terras. De gîte is naast mijn huis en is meer dan 100 jaar oud . De bakker is op loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in deze omgeving waarvan enkele beginnend vanaf de gîte. Fietsliefhebbers kunnen ook hun hart ophalen. Het Lac de Panneciere is 9 km vanaf de gîte en ideaal voor zwemmen en vissen. Op 15 km afstand ligt het stadje Corbigny waar meerdere supermarkten en restaurants zijn en alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

In a charming, very quiet little village. Handmade furniture, exposed stones, French ceiling, enclosed garden without overlooking neighbors, fully equipped kitchen and quality bedding await you. For a soft and warm atmosphere, between tradition and comfort. Dogs allowed only by request.

Breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and forests. Dogs and cats allowed (provide a long or short leash to tie your pet for peaceful cohabitation with our animals).

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.
