Boulangerie/épicerie à 3 min à pied. Commerces et restaurants à 20 min en voiture. Région du Morvan propice aux activités : randonnées, pêche, canoë, vélorail, Vézelay, lacs de Pannecière et des Settons.

Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

Dans un Hameau tranquille, petite maison agréable pour 2 personnes et un enfant maximum , typiquement Nivernaise idéale pour se reposer, avec randonnées à pied et à vélo, ainsi que pêche sur place. A proximité du canal du Nivernais, le parcours des 16 écluses , des étangs de Baye et de Vaux, avec des activités nautiques et baignade. Proche du Parc Naturel du Morvan, visite vers Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Boulangerie à 1 km , autres commerces à Corbigny à 10 minutes en voiture.

Butterfly House

U heeft de beschikking over een eigen huisje met terras. De gîte is naast mijn huis en is meer dan 100 jaar oud . De bakker is op loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in deze omgeving waarvan enkele beginnend vanaf de gîte. Fietsliefhebbers kunnen ook hun hart ophalen. Het Lac de Panneciere is 9 km vanaf de gîte en ideaal voor zwemmen en vissen. Op 15 km afstand ligt het stadje Corbigny waar meerdere supermarkten en restaurants zijn en alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

Welcome to La Saboterie, a former clog factory from the 1800s, lovingly renovated by us. Nestled in the heart of the Morvan, between forests, rivers, lakes and the starry sky. In a charming, very quiet little village. Handmade furniture, exposed stones, French ceiling, enclosed garden without overlooking neighbors, fully equipped kitchen and quality bedding await you.
