Vrijstaand stenen huis met grote omheinde weelderige tuin met veel privacy, fijne zithoekjes en prachtig uitzicht over het meer en de omliggende beboste heuvels. Vanuit het huisje loopt u zo naar het strand voor een frisse duik, door weilanden of het bos. Voor de boodschappen is de dichtstbijzijnde stad 13 km. Het huis met houtkachel staat in een klein gehucht bij het Lac de Pannecière in het Natuurpark de Morvan in hartje Bourgogne. Het is er stil, groen en heeft schitterende sterrenhemels.

À 20 min des Grands Lacs, séjournez dans une ancienne forge au charme rustique, entourée de nature et d’animaux. Grande chambre parentale (35 m²) avec salle d’eau et WC privatifs. Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

Alternatively venture out and discover UNESCO sites, hilltop villages, medieval towns and the lakes and trails of the Morvan Park.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge in the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

You have access to a private cottage with terrace. The gîte is located opposite our house and is more than 100 years old . The bakery with some groceries is a stone's throw away. The famous Lac de Panneciere is located 9 kilometers from our house and for lovers of outdoor activities a very desirable place. Fishing and swimming or enjoying nature. Furthermore, the town of Corbigny is 15 kilometers away, where there are several supermarkets and restaurants.

This spacious, tastefully furnished apartment is located upstairs above my gallery in the city center of Lormes. Close to all amenities such as baker, caterer, restaurants, cafes etc. Ideal for a gourmet and / or cultural, natural / sporting getaway. All its activities are on site or near 30 km around. Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Bright Tiny House
