Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

Dans un Hameau tranquille, petite maison agréable pour 2 personnes et un enfant maximum , typiquement Nivernaise idéale pour se reposer, avec randonnées à pied et à vélo, ainsi que pêche sur place. A proximité du canal du Nivernais, le parcours des 16 écluses , des étangs de Baye et de Vaux, avec des activités nautiques et baignade. Proche du Parc Naturel du Morvan, visite vers Vezelay, Bibracte, Guedelon.... Boulangerie à 1 km , autres commerces à Corbigny à 10 minutes en voiture.

Butterfly House

U heeft de beschikking over een eigen huisje met terras. De gîte is naast mijn huis en is meer dan 100 jaar oud . De bakker is op loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandelingen in deze omgeving waarvan enkele beginnend vanaf de gîte. Fietsliefhebbers kunnen ook hun hart ophalen. Het Lac de Panneciere is 9 km vanaf de gîte en ideaal voor zwemmen en vissen. Op 15 km afstand ligt het stadje Corbigny waar meerdere supermarkten en restaurants zijn en alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen.

La Saboterie

Welcome to La Saboterie, a former clog factory from the 1800s, lovingly renovated by us. Nestled in the heart of the Morvan, between forests, rivers, lakes and the starry sky. In a charming, very quiet little village. Handmade furniture, exposed stones, French ceiling, enclosed garden without overlooking neighbors, fully equipped kitchen and quality bedding await you. For a soft and warm atmosphere, between tradition and comfort. Dogs allowed only by request.

The Panorama House

U bent van harte welkom in ons stijlvolle, recent gerenoveerde gastenverblijf, onderdeel van een ruime Mid-Century Modern villa. Gelegen aan de rand van het charmante Corbigny, waar u alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik heeft. De omgeving is ideaal voor natuurliefhebbers: tussen het Regionaal Natuurpark Morvan en het schilderachtige Canal du Nivernais. Ook perfect gelegen op de pelgrimsroute naar Santiago de Compostela, met Vézelay als historisch vertrekpunt.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

Deze eenvoudige maar knusse gîte ligt in het hart van de Morvan, waar je omringd wordt door de natuur. Vanuit de tuin kijk je uit over de vallei met een afwisselend panorama van bossen, heggen en weilanden. In het nabij gelegen dorp (2 min.) is er een bar/restaurant en op 5 minuten afstand ligt Lac de Pannecière, waar je kunt zwemmen, vissen, kanoën en suppen. Wandelaars en (getrainde) fietsers kunnen hun hart ophalen met de vele routes in de directe omgeving.

Nice little bungalow that can accommodate up to 5 guests with covered terrace, in a 3500 m2 meadow. Nature everywhere, no pollution. Calm and rest assured. Breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and forests. Dogs and cats allowed (provide a long or short leash to tie your pet for peaceful cohabitation with our animals).
