The chalet has two spacious living areas. an open plan lounge, with a wood-burning fire and dining area and kitchen, plus a further sitting area and TV on the mezzanine. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the ground floor of our chalet, south-facing, huge view of the Aulps Valley and the mountains. Very quiet area with meadows, old traditional barns. A 4-minute walk to the bus stop serving Lake Montriond and the Avoriaz ski lifts. Ideal place to stay in the mountains, quiet, but close to the activities of the resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz or Les Gets.

Chalet Sunnyside is a spacious chalet with beautiful views. A hot tub was added in July 2026. The chalet is on a quiet cul-de-sac with only a few other properties. It is a very private space which is not overlooked and is south facing, so it gets plenty of sunshine. The view is uninteruped over the woodland in front of the chalet. The chalet sleeps 9 guests in 4 bedrooms all of which have private bathrooms.
