Great for families, the cottage is integrated into our house but totally independent and offers quality services. In summer and winter, you will have quick access to the leisure and pleasures of Lake Geneva or the mountains: 10 min Evian (lake), 10 min ski resorts.

We also own a spacious 3 bed property sleeping 6 people situated next door. Renting the two properties together would be ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.

We are pleased to host you in our lovely little house/old masonry shed, completely renovated and refurbished with care in mid-2021. Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Spacious and independent chalet delivered in 2023 with original architecture. Summer and winter It gives very easy access (5 minutes) to the areas of Morzine and Avoriaz. A shuttle bus passes by in winter to take you to the skiing. Facing south, it is located in a small hamlet typical of Haute-Savoie. A large balcony and private terrace offer views of the surrounding mountains. Modern, well-equipped, it is very functional with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

This peaceful chalet offers a mountain stay for 6 people in Montriond, in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. On the ground floor of our chalet, south-facing, huge view of the Aulps Valley and the mountains. Very quiet area with meadows, old traditional barns. A 4-minute walk to the bus stop serving Lake Montriond and the Avoriaz ski lifts. Ideal place to stay in the mountains, quiet, but close to the activities of the resorts of Morzine, Avoriaz or Les Gets.
