Monthly Rentals in Montrose Historic District

Steven's place was perfect for the month while we closed on our new home. The place felt like home and could walk to many places. Steven was a real southern gentleman with always being so helpful. I highly recommend Steven's place for a short term visit or longer term vacation rental.

This was a peaceful getaway couple of days kind of trip - Fairhope is a nice town, but Aymie’s guest house is so beautiful and well-appointed, I was happier just sitting right there. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the space is, and how thoughtful the details are. The coffee pot was prepared and there were delicious snacks in the refrigerator. If you’re looking to escape town for a minute and relax and recharge in a Southern Living environment, this is your place. It’s a short drive into both Fairhope and Daphne, worth the 5 minutes to stay in a historic neighborhood with beautiful, mature trees. There were 2 bicycles available to us, and the sweetest feline who visited with us. Highly recommend. 🫶🏼

This place is great! Small and cozy. Clean. Quiet neighborhood off the main drag. Host is great as well.
