Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Completely refurbished and equipped with all the necessary comforts: a bathroom with spacious shower, washing machine and toilet, a fully equipped kitchenette as well as Wi-Fi and a TV. The sleeping area is a double bed on the mezzanine. Abundant storage: dressing room and shoe cabinet. In the immediate vicinity: Parc des Expositions, Montparnasse, Notre-Dame...
