Beautiful little chalet from 1968, on the side of the mountain in a set of about forty chalets nestled in the middle of the vegetation in a protected natural area at an altitude of 1200 m. For nature lovers, 2 km from the ski resort and Mont-Dore, stunning views of the Massif du Sancy/Capucin (large sliding bay window on terrace). Renovated in 2019, integrated kitchen, living room with closed fireplace. Self-managed, cleaning to be done at the start, otherwise to be booked with the concierge. 5 people maximum.

Situé au 2eme et dernier étage d'une maison typique du Sancy, cet appartement classé ⭐⭐ comprend un séjour/cuisine, et à l'étage, sous les toits, une salle de bains et une chambre traversante mansardée offrant de belles vues sur le village et les montagnes. Ambiance cocooning garantie ! Le logement dispose de 4 couchages dans la même chambre, mais il est davantage recommandé pour 2/3 personnes en raison de sa superficie.

Downtown, shops and ski shuttles 15 min walk. Hiking trail accessible in front of the house, it takes you to the large waterfall, to the ridges of the massif.

Located in the center, close to the thermal baths and all amenities, it consists of an entrance, a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped US kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 140 cm mezzanine bed. Mezzanine not suitable for small children. A bathroom with shower and toilet. South facing with unobstructed views of the mountains and the park! Bed linen rental €10, end-of-stay cleaning €40.
