250 m² house which includes: • on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with TV and separate shower room and separate toilet; kitchen with its back kitchen that gives access to the pool; living room with TV • 1st floor: 1 master bedroom with TV, bathroom and personal toilet, and a second bedroom that can be connected or not with the third that also has its own independent shower room and separate toilet. A covered and heated pool from the Easter holidays to the All Saints holidays.

At the turn of a path, you'll come across this imposing building, an old flour mill that's more than a hundred years old. You can enjoy the calm of the place or let yourself be surprised by one of the many hiking trails. They will take you to the heart of the bocage, marshes and historical sites related to DDAY. We wanted to keep traces of the past of this place, while paying the utmost attention to your comfort. Our cottage is rated 4*.

The Pré de la Mer "Suite & SPA" is a place where relaxation is the key word. It is located at the entrance to Urville Nacqueville. This suite has been renovated and decorated to ensure a moment of total escape. Situé à la campagne dans un petit hameau calme .Ce logement est indépendant et mitoyen avec notre logement . , .Il y a un jardinet clos,engazonné et fleuri. Une terrasse en bois avec table,chaises,voile d'ombrage et transats. Nous acceptons uniquement 1 chien et de petite taille et pas chien de categorie( staff,rott etc...) Nous ne voulons aucune fête dans le logement, pas d'anniversaire, ni réveillon.
