On the 1st floor of the Venetian villa, we offer a beautiful bright apartment ideally located 200 m from the beach, the thalasso and the city center, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. Arranged in a row, this charming accommodation is composed of a beautiful living room with open plan kitchen and small south-facing balcony, an intermediate bedroom equipped with a slatted sofa bed and a large dressing room, and a bedroom with a queen size bed (160) overlooking the terrace.

The apartment, on the second and third floor of a house, enjoys a magnificent view of the port, the fairway, the lighthouse and the sea. Completely renovated in 2015, it is comfortable and sunny, ideal for family stays. Nearby are the esplanade and the beach (100 m), restaurants (100 m), shops (200 m), the casino and its cinema . In front of the Villa are the fishermen's stalls where you can buy freshly landed fish from boats.
