The entrance is separate from the Normandy farmhouse that I have just restored. Located on 4 hectares (9.9 acres) on the edge of the forest. 3 km from Pavilly, on the Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens - Le Havre route. The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Clairseine Guesthouse: Lost from the world, yet not far from civilization. In a well preserved environment, la Marquise is an independent 25 sq metre suite in a property on the banks of the river Seine. With direct access from the garden, the equipped gite comprises two rooms: living room with kitchen and large bedroom with double bed, walk-in shower in a corner and separate toilet.
