TV available in the living- and sleeping room. The flat has an amazing balcony (sun all day). This accommodation is excellent for those looking for a quiet, family-friendly area with family houses. I was very happy that I could leave my bike in the storage room in the enclosed garden and my car was parked on the street for free. Great area, S-bahn and shops nearby.

Elisabeth's lodging is 1 km from the Moosach S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. (We like to walk but before our arrival, Elisabeth pointed out a bus that we could have taken to within 80 metres of her house.) The lodging was very quiet, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had our own toilet and shower in the house. Our room contained a refrigerator, a tea kettle, a coffee machine, a spacious closet, a balcony and a table at which we could both use our laptops. Elisabeth herself is interesting, kind and generous.

Helmut's place is amazing! He is attentive and the place is faithful to the photos! I traveled alone and felt completely safe, I would definitely stay again. The place is close to the subway and other means of transportation, which makes it too easy to come and go from the city center.
