Nicely located guest house suitable for a small family. There are many attractions around Siljan. Built in 2017. Living room with kitchen. The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Free Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest, but can be purchased for SEK 500. Dogs are welcome, but please let us know beforehand as we have our own dog. Warm welcome to Nusnäs!

The cottage is located on the shore of Lake Siljan. Possibility of forest walks, swimming, skiing, berry picking or just relaxing. Quiet, child-friendly and only one neighbor. There is a swimming dock/floating dock down by the boat shed. 10 km to Mora and 30 km to Rättvik. To Nusnäs, the Dala horse production, it is about 4 km. To Orsa Grönklitt it takes about 30 minutes by car. The cottage has a wonderful veranda where you can sit and eat and enjoy the view. BBQ available. The hygiene area is in a separate cabin.

Beautifully located house with magnificent view of Lake Orsa. Orsa has a wide range of opportunities for outdoor activities, social and cultural events. Close to skiing, ice skating, cycling, fishing and hiking trails. The house is 5 km from Orsa center and 15 km from Orsa Grönklitt. Equipment: Jötul wood stove, coffee maker, microwave, stove with oven, kitchen equipment, TV, WiFi with fiber connection. My villa is beautifully located by Dalälven's beach, walking distance to the city center and the Vasa Race finish 1.5 km. Most of the house is newly renovated. If I am in Mora, I will of course help with pick-up & info. Large terrace overlooking the river. It's a large plot of land right by the river. One bathroom with shower and toilet. And a shower cabin in the basement. Nice social areas with plenty of space and fireplace. Code lock so no key is needed. No pets as there are allergies in the family.

Boendet består av ett hus , stora stugan med fyra bäddar ,varav ny bäddsoffa.Stugan har alla bekvämligheter, gungor, gräsmattor för lek och en utegrillplats. Lugnt läge 400 m till sjön , man kan bada och fiska med en mysig eftermiddagssol. Cyklar och båt finns att låna. Vid snötillgång skidspår utanför huset, fiber , cromcast finns, Gesundaberget med fantastisk utsikt, cykling och utförsåk Sängkläder och handdukar att HYRA 200 kr /person och avresestädning 800 kr för stora stugan . Härligt!

Stugan är 30 kvm med ett litet sovrum (två sängar), badrum, allrum med bäddsoffa, bord och två stolar, samt ett minikök. Det finns ett litet loft över sovrummet. Mellan sov- och allrum finns en skjutdörr. Allrummet har stora fönster med lamellgardiner och en dörr mot en altan. På altanen finns utemöbler och en parasoll. I allrummet finns en luftvärmepump med A/C. 20 m till badstrand. Köket har induktionshäll, mikro, kylskåp, kaffekokare och vattenkokare. Värdparet bor i huset intill.

Year-round cottage with close to nature, swimming, forest excursions, cycling, golf and skiing in winter. 5 km to the Dala horse factory in Nusnäs, 30 km to the popular Dalhalla concert arena, 30 km to Tomteland/Gesunda, 40 km to the ski resort Orsa Grönklitt and 30 km to Rättvik.
