The cottage is 30 sqm with a small bedroom (two beds), bathroom, living room with sofa bed, table and two chairs, as well as a mini kitchen. There is a small loft over the bedroom. Between sleeping and living rooms there is a sliding door. The living room has big windows with slatted curtains and a door to a terrace. On the terrace there is outdoor furniture and an umbrella. In the living room there is an air heat pump with A/C. 20 meters to the beach. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle. The host couple live in the house next door.

The accommodation is a separate guest part of the house with a private entrance. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. A large terrace faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own disposal over the entire terrace. It is possible to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but can be rented for 150kr/set. Cleaning is not included in the listing.

The bed is 120 cm at the bottom and 80 cm at the top. Sofa bed 120 cm with extra bed mattress. Sheets and towels are available to rent for SEK 75 per person! Bathroom with shower/floor heating. Free Wifi, TV with Netflix. Final cleaning is done by you as a guest but can be purchased for 500 kr. Dogs welcome, but please let us know before then we have our own dog. Warm welcome to Nusnäs!

In the immediate area there is beautiful nature and fields with sheep and horses. In the neighboring village of Gesunda you will find Tomteland and a mountain for skiing! Sollerön is located about 17 km from Mora.

It is about 3 km to Orsa city center . Rich bird life. 20 min. to Grönklitt. Orsasjön with long-distance skating and ski tracks. 15 km to Mora and Vasaloppet.

All year round cottage with close to nature, swimming, forest excursions, cycling, golf and skiing in winter time. 5km to the Dalahorse realization in Nusnäs, 30km to popular Dalhalla concert arena, 30km to Tomteland/Gesunda, 40km to the ski resort Orsa Grönklitt and 30km to Rättvik.
