Apartment holiday rentals in Moraitika

Fantastic little apartment in the heart of the Old Town. Really close to restaurants and bars, really clean and comfy and had everything we needed for a one night stay, would definitely look to stay again if we return to Corfu.

The host is super friendly, the communication was always great. Fresh fruit, bread, cheese, juice and chocolate bars were even available as a welcome! The accommodation is very idyllically located, on foot you are in two minutes at the beautiful beach. The area is quite lonely, you definitely need a car to explore the island. The terrace is very idyllic, the bedrooms are also very nice, only the kitchen is unfortunately a bit dark and cool (which is certainly an advantage on hot days).

Our stay was awesome. Very beautiful island with many gorgeous beaches to visit, great restaurants and nice little villages all around. Evangeline’s great because since she was born and grew up in Paxos she had valuable information and insights for everything. We would love to visit again. PS. So many people just stop by and take pictures of really the most beautiful house (read up on the Maestro series) in the whole island.

The apartment is beautiful, superb view, sea a few meters away, very quiet place, perfect for exploring the island. Sophia provided us with useful information about restaurants and places to visit, for the arrival her son welcomed us perfectly we will return to this wonderful island

I had the most wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. I was welcomed with freshly picked berries and received a lot of great local recommendations. The place is very comfortable and in a quiet, mountainous village. There are a few good restaurants nearby and the beach is not far. I recommend to be motorized to enjoy the most of Corfu. I rented a little scooter which took me all around the island. Happy to come again!

Corfu is nothing like the other Greek Islands it is green and lush! It was a wonderful change! Very busy but it is also the beginning of the high season. I found a small restaurant around the corner and became friends with Anastasios making our trip even more fun!

Above + beyond. Maria + Spiros are amazing. They both made me feel so comfortable + welcomed. They gifted me many meals during my time there — and they were quite delicious. I stayed for a month and Maria cleaned weekly, took out the trash, and switched the linens which was very nice. I had many conversations with both and enjoyed my time thoroughly. The place itself was exactly what I needed — 15 minute into the village where there were plenty of restaurants + a market. It was 10 minutes to my favorite beach (Halikounas) and it felt very safe and comfortable. I will be returning in the future!

We've just left House Kalithea, fantastic all round. The apartment is better than the photos and the view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment was surprisingly huge and it was fab to have sea views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom, all leading out to the large balcony. You have everything, and more than you need, a real home from home. The bathroom was super, large, recently renovated with lovely shower enclosure and countertop sink. The hosts were very friendly and responsive and always there if you need anything as they live below. Petriti is a small village village, it's beautiful at the water's edge and we spent many a happy morning watching the boats in the harbour. As some of the other reviews, a car is recommended and you can hire one within 2 mins of walking from the apartment, or even better ask Cristos or Tania. They kindly organised a driver to and from the airport which made things really easy. All in all superb , thank you so much Cristos and Tania

Angelo’s studio 3 has been superb! Spacious, well equipped and comfortable room. Always a wonderful surprise on what might be provided in the breakfast basket every morning. Lovely peaceful pool area with breathtaking views over Lakka and the bay. Extremely comfortable sun beds and a very nice infinity pool. Often facilities do not match what is advertised in this case, they exceeded them! Andreas was very helpful with advise on the best way to get to Paxos and organised a loan car, which was delivered to Angelos village. Can’t not mention Hara, who was brilliant throughout our stay. Provided recommendations on some Fanta restaurants, beaches and a memorable boat trip to the Arch and Blue Lagoons with Giannis. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

We had such a wonderful week in Corfu! The accommodation is so spacious and the pool is a massive plus! The late night swim was one of our favourite parts of the trip with such great scenic views including the airport runway. A car is probably recommended if you want to get around the island on your own accord, but the busses are frequent and easy to use if you don’t mind walking up/down the hills which is what we did. There are coaches to further beaches which don’t come up on google maps which A tip: save the chapel by the gates as a location on google maps to direct taxis in the evening. Effy is such a wonderful host and so accommodating, she really doesn’t need to go the extra mile as she does but it’s greatly appreciated. She insisted on picking us up and taking us to the airport, and to the bus stops too if she was around. She’s so helpful with recommendations too of where to go as we didn’t really have a plan. We’d definitely recommend staying here to friends.

Great place to stay with great view at the sea. You can even sunbath in the morning while still being in bed 😊. Marianna is really friendly and helpful and direct in solving problems. I enjoyed my stay, thank you very much.

I am originally from Corfu but I've been living abroad for most of my life. I contemplated writing this review in Greek, but the reality is that Corfiots already know what a gem of a flat this is. So I am writing this in English to help anyone else who wants to visit. This is the most amazing AirBnB you will find in Corfu old town, period. If you've watched the Durrell tv series and wondered how it would feel to live in that era, but with modern amenities and comfort, look no further. Maria and Francesca's place is the most warm, authentic, well-kept, 200 year old apartment I have ever been to. St. Spiridon, Old and New Fortress, Liston square, Faliraki beach, Yacht Club, Kapodistrias' home, the Sunrise and Sunset are all there for you to enjoy from your countless windows or the one-of-a-kind Belvedere outpost, accessible by an interior staircase. Now, if you happen to spend Greek Easter here, you are in for a treat. You can see the fireworks, marching bands etc. right in front of you!

I really enjoyed my stay at Spyro’s apartment . It was quiet and this is what I needed. The bed was comfortable and everything clean . I was keen to have an earlier check in and this was possible I could also check out a little later . The communication was fabulous and they even arranged a taxi to come for me to take me to the airport on check out. Very close to a beautiful view point , shops and restaurants . Also quiet though not a noisy area . I would highly recommend .

This place is an absolute gem. Spotless, central location and an absolute banger of a view from the balcony. A BIG recommendation for Lukasz's place, hoping to return in the future. Lukasz was also really helpful with recommendations and available at all times.

Clare and I had a 10 day stay here, communication with Magdellini was very good, and her Mum Chryrssa was a joy, great for local information and became a real friend over the time of our stay. You have to give this place 5 stars as the situation is second to none, fantastic views, early morning and late night swims from the beach, great restraunts on your doorstep but far enough away for them not to disturb the tranquility, the accommodation is pretty basic and probably would benefit from a little updating, we had a fantastic holiday there and would recommend it to anyone, thinking of staying, we both would definitely go again in a heart beat..

We had an absolutely wonderful week staying at George's apartment. It's no exaggeration to say that it was the loveliest place we've ever stayed - the views and location were incredible, and the apartment had everything we needed for a great stay - all spectacular and spotless! On top of that, Anastasia and Costas couldn't have been more accommodating - very warm, welcoming and kind. We'd thoroughly recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to visit Paleokastritsa - and we can't wait to come back again!

Beautiful apartment (better than in the photos) with a beautiful view and well located in Dassia. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Dassia is a good place to visit northern Corfu. Stefanos is kind and takes good care of the apartments. The jacuzzi bathtub is a pretty nice bonus. Note: someone comes to the apartment during our absence to empty the trash and change the towels. It's a good service, but surprising if you're not warned at the beginning. I recommend it!

The apartment was a 5min walk to the beach, it had a beautiful view and was super peaceful. We loved our stay and will definitely go back!!

Artin and his family were lovely hosts. There is plenty of privacy while it was also reassuring that his family was close by if needed. Artin brought us some delicious ripe figs our first morning there. A great place.

Beautiful apartment, it’s on the top floor and feels very private and secure. The surrounding area is peaceful and feels very relaxing. Apartment perfectly equipped, and Kostas was very helpful with recommendations and was very responsive. We had a great stay at this place :)

We stayed at the property for a week. This is quiet. We needed about 15 minutes on foot to the beach. Here you will find many restaurants and shopping facilities (e.g. supermarkets). There is the possibility to book a transfer from the airport to the accommodation. This costs €40 per trip. Everything worked perfectly. We were warmly welcomed and there is also the possibility to use a cleaning service to change the towels and bed linen. The island is easy and quick to explore with the scooter, which I would recommend. We would definitely come back.

Rare gem. We had an amazing week. Very good choice as a starting point for excursions throughout the central and northern part of the island. Helia taverna for a good meal... Supermarket: Bimbos is the best not far away, otherwise the biggest is in Corfu and Sidara. The jacuzzi is of very high quality Responsive team: brought us a strainer and missing spoons in a few hours. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting. It exceeded my expectations. We felt very at home. It had everything we needed - toiletries, towels, dishwashing tablets, soap etc which I didn’t expect. The location is PERFECT. Near the beach and next to the best restaurant. Altogether a wonderful apartment and friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you. Will recommend it to friends. 😊
