Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Our house in a good residential location is only 10 to 15 minutes walk away from Mödling's train station and historic city center. The nearby metropolis of Vienna is easily accessible by train. The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

It is quietly located in the back of the courtyard of the Wilhelminian house on Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living for up to 2 people. Industrial flair of the past combined with modern interior. Skylights with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed views of the sky. A location worth living in, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

This rooftop studio, measuring 46 m² is located in a quiet part of the building and is ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay. The skylights provide plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The studio features a comfortable queen-size bed (160×200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (compact but with everything you need), and a bathroom with a shower. It is suitable for one or two guests. Note: The apartment is not suitable for elderly guests due to narrow stairs.

New luxury two-storey Apartment 12 with a new large terrace, overlooking Olomouc and a hot tub. The apartment is located a short distance from the center .. right next to Flora Park. Public transport stop Wolkerova and Penny market 100m. On the lower floor there is a bathroom with a hot tub, a living room with a kitchen. On the second floor there is a cozy bedroom with an electric fireplace. The disadvantage is the 5th floor without an elevator.

Nearby there is the Svatoboj restaurant, groceries, a popular bike path with beautiful nature and one of the best wellness centers in Brno - 4comfort.
