Incredible place and super host!

we liked it very much, the location is fantastic, the view of the lake is great and after our race days a refreshing swim in the lake and a sauna session was really relaxing. the equipment is absolutely sufficient, the bathroom on the first mezzanine could use a shower curtain so you can shower more easily in the bathtub and on the 2nd day we ran out of coffee beans, otherwise everything was great. We were even able to park our 3 motorcycle trailers + 2 cars inside and one outside on the premises without any problems. Many thanks to the host for the great accommodation 👍🏻

Beautiful! One of the best homes we found on our travels. Everything new and perfect, spacious and quiet house, wonderful. Michal is very attentive and helpful, a very attentive and kind person. We stayed three nights with our little son to go to the hot springs. It's perfect, you can walk. The house is equipped with everything you can imagine, the beds are very comfortable. Private parking, garden available, children's games, barbecue and relaxing atmosphere. We definitely recommend it!

We liked it very much at Miroslaw's place! The house and the property is very large and cozy. The house is isolated and private, however, there are few activities in the immediate vicinity. We will be happy to come back anytime thank you so much!

Incredibly nice charming house, full of character with a picture window overlooking a beautiful garden with trees, and we even spotted a squirrel climbing around. It was so nice to stay in a well-loved and cared-for house, which reminded me of the story "Tom's Midnight Garden". We were met by the owner and welcomed and shown around the house and our car had a place off-road to park. Regina was incredibly helpful, especially suggesting how to get to Vienna using public transport (so I didn't have to drive). She directed us to the tram stop, and the tram took us directly into Viena without needing to change lines. Instead of chairs facing a TV, the chairs focussed on a picture window which showcased the garden, letting us easily enjoy the in-bloom trees within. All-in-all, an extremely nice stay. Would happily return.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Great place to stay, too. I can only recommend.

The place was very clean, lots of space for everyone and great outdoor spaces. Location was great and walkable to the old town center and many restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again if in the area.

Everything worked out great. The space was clean and as described. The Lord who received us was super friendly, an extra thanks to him. Tea glasses or larger coffee cups were missing would be great for the future. Otherwise, a great stay. Thank you.

Great stay! Great contact with very nice owners. Large spacious home in a beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed the sauna and heated pool. Fully equipped home. Very close to several ski slopes. We recommend it with all my heart ! :)

I was there for relaxation and sports! The area is simply wonderful. An oasis of tranquility that also offers a great mountain bike network of extensive tours in the forest to the single trail in Telc.

The house was just like in the pictures, the pool was just great, great seating in the garden. Our grandson was able to romp around in the meadow, extremely quiet location. The house was great, towels, bath towels were provided. There were drinks available for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bathroom in good condition, storage facilities available. The living-dining room was very spacious and the couch very comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation very much. I can only recommend it.

Very nice and quiet place, nature, forests nearby. The house is large and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Contact and helpful hosts at any time. I recommend to everyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very well-maintained large house with ample sleeping possibilities. What we liked very much was the great equipment of the kitchen - all necessary household appliances were available. The garden with pool and barbecue area was a real highlight for us! Lukáš was a very friendly host, was always available to us and it was all straightforward.

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature, forests, and hills. In the evening, we watched the stars, amazing silence and peace - total romance. We made the most of the crystal clear pool. The house is spacious, we didn't miss anything. It was very nice inside on hot summer days. The owners were happy to provide us with all the information and were very kind. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful house and a great host! Communicating with Josef was very easy and we could call him with every problem. The place had lots of decorative details and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Our only problem were there streets we had to use to visit Vila Martina. The last minutes of the drive you have to use kind of a dirt road with lot of holes. We aren't used to this kind of roads But after the first time it's ok. We really enjoyed our stay and totally recommend staying at Vila Martina!
