Charlotte was such an amazing host. She provided a warm welcome (we loved the fresh bread, butter, and jam)! Her place was fantastic - easy access to a wide variety of activities as well as situated for a peaceful walk in the countryside. Even got a fly-by from the Kinloss base. Highly recommend - wonderful stay!

What a beautiful place to stay. Sheila was a fabulous host. Very easy to communicate with, ask questions too and had everything you would need while on holiday. The cottage is very well equipped and worked great for our family of 3. Elgin is a fantastic place to stay with loads of history nearby, a high street and lots of green spaces.

Perfect house in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and house was very well equipped. Would definitely come back.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Anna war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Ort gibt es nicht so viel, aber das, was da ist - wir haben das indische Restaurant, den Pub, die Bäckerei und das Café getestet - war alles von guter Qualität.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in the heart of Dufftown. Close to everything and Forbes was always there if we had any questions or needed any recommendations.

The cottage was bright, welcoming and comfortable. Everything that we might have wanted was there and we appreciated the well fitted out kitchen, comfortable choice of seating areas including the fab suntrap at the back, along with outdoor space. It was not far into the centre of Elgin and was a great place to stay

Graham and his wife were lovely and welcomed me warmly. The cottage was tranquil, clean and I slept wonderfully well. I really appreciated the butteries and shortbread on arrival which was just what I needed after my journey. I’d recommend Gable Cottage given its quiet surroundings and easy access. It’s very well located for all the main towns and Gordonstoun school should you be visiting.

We had an unforgettable stay at Jason's charming cottage. It is surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The views from the property were incredible. Seeing deer grazing in the distance throughout the day was amazing. The cottage was clean, warm and inviting, with a lovely fire that made our evenings extra special. The cottage was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, offering peace and privacy while still being close enough to explore local sights. Every detail was thoughtfully considered making us feel instantly at home. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, offering clear instructions and helpful local tips. We truly didn't want to leave and would return in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. Kevin’s place was beautiful and spacious with fantastic sea views - we even saw some dolphins! Kevin was really helpful and went above and beyond with our request for an early check in. We’d love to come back!

Great place to stay in the Cairngorms. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Amazing whisky corner which my husband greatly appreciated.

My stay in Aboyne was very enjoyable. The flat was very comfortable & I had everything I needed. I can recommend the accommodation & intend to pay a return visit.

We come up to Lossie every year to visit family and try to get Stuarts place as all of us enjoy it there. Great location for some lovely walks, great places to eat and drink without needing to drive. Stuart is great at communicating and is very flexible. The apartment suits us perfectly and is always very clean! Hopefully will be staying there next year again!

Our 5th visit to the flat which says something in itself! The flat is ideal for my sister and my annual visit to the area as it has everything we need and more. We love the sea views and the friendly neighbours and look forward to another visit sometime.

This property was very clean and cozy! It had all the amenities listed. It also sits in a very quaint location, walkable to a gas station and grocery store for convenience. Jenny was also very flexible and accommodating, despite us changing our check-in time a few times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here :)

Scott's apartment was great! Very clean and tidy, confortable, we felt at home. Great kitchen to cook a nice dinner. The bes and pillows were super confortable, we had a great sleep. And Scott was the best host, he was very comminicative and always ready to help. We would definetely recommend It and stay again if coming back to Lossiemouth.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, am Bahnhof von Elgin. Mehrere Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte fußläufig. Durch die alte Bauweise morgens etwas laut durch die Hauptstraße. Das hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Kleine Whisky-Auswahl ist in der Wohnung vorhanden und kann gegen eine Spende genutzt werden. Auch wenn wir davon kein gebraucht gemacht haben, war es eine tolle Idee. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

My second stay at Anne’s place and my husband’s third. Great base to visit family and very convenient for shops, cafes and pubs/restaurants in the village. Family staying with us appreciated the ground floor access and low profile shower tray.

Tanto Linda como George fueron excelentes anfitriones. Amables, bien predispuestos, en fin: excelentes. En cuanto a la propiedad es muy cómoda y agradable que aporta muchísima paz a quienes allí se hospedan. Sin dudas volvería a visitarlos!

Had the most amazing stay at Aldon Lodge, was wowed from the very beginning driving in through the pastures of sheep & lambs. Such a peaceful location that felt so remote and private but not a far drive from town, it’s the best of both worlds. The apartment was so cozy and had some of the most comfortable bedding and pillows I’ve experienced yet. Gorgeous views out of all the windows with light blocking shades if you want to sleep in, this place has every amenity you might need. The host was so helpful and provided very detailed instructions ahead of time so that everything went smoothly. I could have spent my whole vacation just staying inside the apartment and enjoying the area, hope to come back and stay again!

A wonderful stay in Elgin. The nook is in a quiet corner of town right beside the park and various cycling/walking trails. Highly recommended!

Wir haben die Tage bei Fiona sehr genossen, die Unterkunft hält alles bereit was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet um verschiedene Ausflüge in der Region zu unternehmen.

Had a great long term stay while relocating. Claire was a lovely host and gave us some great advice about the area. The apartment was spotless and homely.

The flat suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean and well kept and walking distance from the town centre. Parking outside was easy and although we did not bring ours this time, it was very welcoming for dogs. Being at the rear of the building it did not have the cathedral view from inside but as soon as you round the corner to the front here it is standing majestically in front of you. A picturesque walk over the river, alongside the cathedral and then past the Victorian park and you are at the end of the high street in 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again.
