From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Golfo Paradiso. The house has an outdoor space for reading, eating, and barbecuing. The sea is a 10-minute walk downhill; from the house you can set off on various excursions. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.

In Varazze, the vacation apartment Trilocale in villa vista mare Apt 5 offers an excellent view of the sea. The 70 m² apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment also features air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a high chair are also available.
