Cottage in a quiet location in the terraced village of Vickleby on southern Öland. The cottage is 26 m2 with a sleeping loft of 10 m2, surrounded by a beautiful garden, built with different rooms separated by trellised pear trees and full of other fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Fresh cottage with air heat pump for heating/cooling near Beijershamn Nature Reserve, Vickleby noble deciduous forest, Haga Park swimming area and Öland's herb garden. Close to much of what makes Öland unique. Fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, TV and WiFi, bedroom with double bed 160 cm. On the property, there are two cottages, one of which is occupied by us, the owners. The cottage we rent is best suited for two, but there are four beds with sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room and double bed (160 cm) in the bedroom. Bed linens/towels can be rented.

The cottage contains three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one has a single bed, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Välkommen till vår nybyggda stuga i ett lugnt läge med ljuvlig havsutsikt. Stugan ligger 100 m från havet där det finns badplats och en mysig strandpromenad. På stugans takterrass kan du njuta av de vackra solnedgångarna över kalmarsund. Till Mörbylånga C med bla restauranger, caféer & mataffär är det ca 800 m. Utegym, pumptrackbana & en populär lekplats finns inom 1 km. I Mörbylånga C finns också cykeluthyrning. På södra Öland är naturen i fokus med bland annat Alvaret och odlingslandskapet.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Cozy cottage by the sea

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Välkommen! En liten stuga med tillhörande gårdshus i gemytliga Kyrkbyn, Mörbylånga. Stugan är nyligen renoverad och erbjuder ett bekvämt boende. Här finns allt man kan tänkas behöva för sköna dagar på Öland! Minsta vistelsetid är 2 nätter. Utcheckning innan 12.00 och incheckning efter 16.00. Boendet är självhushåll vilket innebär att städning och lakan får man stå för själv. Stugan ska lämnas i samma skick som när man kom.

Karlevi is a cozy Öland village located next to the landborgskanten about 10 km south of Ölandsbron. During the spring, the small village street between Karlevi and Eriksöre is a well-visited stretch with its flowering slopes and fragrant lilac bushes. The village is located in the cultivated landscape of Southern Öland, which is a world heritage site.
