Come and enjoy Lake Arjuzanx, its nature reserve and leisure base (7km away), the ocean (45 mins away) and the many paths for walking and mountain biking. In a small new house paired on one side with our residence (independent access and enclosed garden) you will enjoy a bedroom with a 160 bed and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large wooden terrace, a garden and a covered shelter extend to the outside. In the living room a sofa bed allows sleeping for 1 or 2 people.

Studio located in the heart of Penon. In a residence close to everything, this 4th-floor apartment (no elevator) is comfortably furnished. It offers a breathtaking unobstructed view. The BZ sofa bed sleeps two (140 cm), while the mezzanine (120 cm) can accommodate two children or one adult. ⚠️ Starting September 7, work will take place in the residence. The balcony will be unusable and noise pollution is to be expected. A 25% discount is applied.

The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

This 110m2 barn will stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter thanks to thermal insulation works completed in 2022 :-) On the edge of the Arjuzanx Reserve, where you can swim and practice nautical activities in the summer, and watch the crane migration in winter... The ocean beaches (Mimizan, Contis, Lespecier...) are 45min away by car.
