Family-friendly holiday rentals in Morciano di Leuca

It’s a very nice apartment block, there’s 6 units in total, the location suited our trip, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Lucia who showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Our apartment was beautiful and quiet, very well equipped. I would recommend getting a top floor apartment as the bottom apartment we stayed in was noisy from people walking or moving chairs upstairs. My only other recommendation is that the second bedroom be fitted with a blind as the light shines through, this didn’t worry us but might others. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will still recommend you staying.

We had a great stay! Enzo is the best host one can imagine. Gifted us some wine, bakeries and a pannetone for new years eve as we arrived. Two days later he got us some traditional stuff from a pasticceria. We loved all of the italian flavor! Also there are many beautiful cities with even more beautiful historic centers around and easy to reach. 10/10 would recommend and also we do! Thanks Enzo!

Alberto & Felipo were wonderful and very helpful hosts on our stay in Lecce. They spent a lot of time helping us get oriented upon our arrival; gracious, good-natured and very responsive during our stay. Clean, well-kept, and in a great location near San Mateo Church, we would stay there again. The roof, with hot tub, is actually nicer and bigger than the photos allow. My family was very happy staying there. Grazie!

Ada is a delightful hostess. Her place is wonderful little oasis, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it without other guests, so can’t comment on the privacy, but it’s a perfect place to discover the area if you have a car. Loved the pool, Ada’s cooking and the cheeky cats that run the place. Definitely recommend.

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

A 5-star accommodation. Large apartment, well exposed, very well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. While being close to the beach, and small shops. Bike, BBQ and Jacuzzi available. Complimentary coffee pods and a bottle of red wine. A view of the sea and the breathtaking sunset. We would have stayed there for a few more days. I recommend it 1000%.

Our stay here was a paradise. The super clean house was charming, eco friendly, nature filled and extremely well equipped. The location was quiet and yet very close to cafe supermarket and beach/swim places. Remarkable restaurants also. I would highly recommend Donatello and Massimina’s naturalistic home to anyone seeking charm and quiet. They are such lovely hosts too. Many thanks for our fab stay.

Had a fantastic stay at Emanuele's place. The room and pool area were lovely and created a great environment to relax in. The location is great, and Emanuele is a super kind and attentive host!

Absolutely exceptional stay – beyond all expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Paolo was an outstanding host – warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The villa itself is just amazing – full of character, thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. But the real highlight? The view. Absolutely breathtaking. Photos don’t do it justice – it’s something you have to see with your own eyes. This place is a hidden gem, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. We had a great stay at Laurita's accommodation located in the historic center of Matino. The accommodation is typically renovated with a lot of taste and the authenticity of the region. It was a haven of peace. We loved the terraces, which are a significant plus for this rental. We enjoyed the sunsets and the company of the cats. Laurita is a very attentive and very responsive host full of nice touches. We recommend the Murusanza restaurant, located only 2 minutes from the accommodation, we ate very well there. It is an ideal destination to discover the south of Puglia.

A special stay for 3 nights, in a lovely setting. Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations for local shopping, and the kitchen faculties were great to cook in ! Spongano is a cute town, check out the icecream shop too. Alessandro's place has lots of space, and makes you feel like you're really staying in Italy !

We spent seven amazing nights at Franco’s place. The house and its surroundings are just stunning. I second the person who had said that the pictures do not do justice to this place; the view is breathtaking and the house itself is lovely and cozy. We immediately felt home here, and it was very difficult to leave. Franco sent very helpful instructions on how to get in the house, and he was always available and responsive when we had questions. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

The Trullo is a real jewel near Tricase. Located very quiet and peaceful but you can reach the city centre or the sea either by foot or by bike. The Trullo itself is beautifully crafted and well equipped. Communication with Francesco was very friendly and convenient.

Lovely apartment! Fresh and clean. Cafes, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Try to catch the fruit/vegetable truck. It stops near the apartment a few times a week. Really good and cheap fruit! Our host was quick to answer and helped us every time without hesitation. She even fixed a brand new high chair for our baby❤️

Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

We liked the stay in Marco's apartment very much. The view of the sea and the terrace with pool are beautiful. Beds are very comfortable. There is a good beach bar at the beautiful, nearby bay. Castro is just within walking distance. One advantage was the private parking on the property. The communication with Giorgio was quick and uncomplicated.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Rosetta's. Lovely large grounds, very quiet and private. Awesome pool but we only used it a couple of times since the weather wasn't ideal. Great location to enjoy day trips to Castro, Otranto, & Gallipoli, and other small towns nearby. Highly recommended.

An absolutely wonderful villa with a great view to the east and sunrise. Lots of space to sit and lounge and eat and spend time together with family and friends. A bit of a drive to the beach, but all very doable. Definitely in the return to list. Last but not least - Fausto is fab!

This is the nicest Air BnB we have ever stayed at. It is as beautiful as the pictures depict, both inside and out, and exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very helpful with any questions we had and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place.

We felt very welcome from the first moment. We received perfect instructions on how to get to and into the house by video message. Pierluigi even left us some fresh flowers on the table for us. The accommodation was very clean and we found everything that was described. The property is located next to Schnellstrasse but this didn't bother you at any moment. It was also very quiet and pleasant at night. We will be happy to come back!

A beautiful complex, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much. The pool is great and in a few minutes you can reach fantastic beaches and places worth seeing. Thank you!
