This unique cob-built house has two bedrooms (king and double), a private bathroom with electric shower, and an open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is heated by two wood burners, laid for you on arrival with a basket of logs. Extra wood can be brought from us. Outside, enjoy your garden with seating , fire pit, and relax in the peace, wildlife, and countryside. Guests also have access to the river.

Spacious and characterful 3 bedroom country cottage, set on 17 acre nature reserve of outstanding natural beauty. Gym & table tennis available. Stable Cottage has one comfortable double bedroom, two twin singles, a large library sitting room (ample supply of books!), a further spacious sitting/dining room with a woodburning stove and a stone-flagged kitchen with views over open country. Brand new luxurious shower room and main bathroom for 2026! Bathroom has double- ended freestanding bath.

Rose Cottage on England / Wales border. Shropshire
Rose Cottage is a stone built property built around 1830. The floors upstairs are all planked Elm and the downstairs areas are Flagstone flooring. The beamed ceilings and inglenook mean the property exudes character but with all the mod cons, including high speed internet. The cottage was recently upgraded with a Hand- painted kitchen with built in Dishwasher and fridge. Work surfaces are Kashmir white granite. The front garden is quite private & the bench is a perfect spot for a cup of tea.

Traditional Grade 2 listed farm house dating back to the 18th century, has been recently restored to its former glory with a tradition but also modern feel. Four spacious bedrooms with 1 of them with a king size double bed, including a en suite, a double bed, single bedroom and another bedroom with a 3/4 bed. Hand-built treehouse (rustic!) in a beautiful, peaceful setting right on Offa's Dyke, a popular walk on the England/ Wales border. Sleeps 4 with a double bed and a comfy futon in the same room. Amazing waterfall 1/2 hour Lovely sunsets. Gas bbq and a gas hob. Solar power for phone charging etc. Basic compost toilet. Rustic shower. (no towels) Please bring your own drinking water, towels and firewood. Think of it as glorified camping....

Due to the current situation l am happy to consider longer stays for workers and will offer discounts so please enquire. A unique lovingly renovated hideaway, very convenient for anyone visiting the town of Oswestry. Three minutes walk to the park, the ancient Church and Heritage Centre. The town has many restaurants, pubs and cafes, galleries and other attractions.
