We really like our neighbors: the garden and Conservatory of Las Rosas, the monumental Cathedral, the Clavijero Culture Center, Avenida Madero and the traditional portals that surround the Plaza de Armas. You'll be close to restaurants, shopping and financial centers, and just 10 minutes away from the historic center. The apartment is new and has 3 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and parking for 1 car. You'll have internet. We have a Nikken water filter (alkaline)
