On the ground floor of our home is your small apartment with its own entryway and accommodation sleeping up to (4) guests. The bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV. The living area has an innerspring queen-sized sofa bed and a flat screen TV. This area is separated by solid barn doors to ensure private sleeping quarters. The living/dining offers informal seating and a small kitchen with appliances and a 2-burner induction cooking plate. The full laundry is located in the bathroom.

The Cozy Loft

The Cozy Loft is located on the Montague River a very peaceful accommodations to sit back and relax or be a tourist. I am two kilometers from Montague,where their is a Sobey's and Superstore,two pubs (Copper Bottom and Bogside) ,hardware stores and restaurants etc. Montague has a beautiful waterfront and marina. The Confederation trail head is at the waterfront for walkers and cyclists. Brudenell golf course and Pammure Island beach is within twenty kilometers. Come and enjoy PEI!

Morell is 5 min away for groceries, gas/liquor store, restaurant and ice cream shop. Morell's waterfront offers a park and splash pad for the kids!

The cabins location is only a short walk from central St. Peters Bay and one of the most beautiful sections of the Confederation Trail. St Peters has beautiful scenery, walking trails and is also home to local shops and delicious food.
