We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

Very quiet peaceful place to relax 5 min to Sylvania, & Pacesetter Park, 5 acre parcel offering large pond for swimming & fishing. Total privacy, inside parking, laundry, gas grill, corn hole, par 2 golf course, fire ring, firewood, swings, & fantastic view of the sunsets & star gazing. Lots of parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses near by, or play our 9 hole Par 2 golf course on site. Pond offer lots of fun, swimming, paddle boat, fishing, slide, & relaxing on the beach.

The property backs up to Harrison Lake State Park, steps from the lake. Easy access to trails, fishing, & many other activities the park has to offer. Sleeps 2 with a queen bed, full bath, kitchen, dining & living room. Outside you'll find chairs & a fire pit to relax & enjoy the views. While the orchard has retired, the peace and warmth of those years are still rooted deep in the soil. Opening this home is our way of sharing that heritage with you. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a pull-out couch. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled and keeps the county feel.

The house is a solid preserved house which invites you to kick off your shoes and relax. It has a full kitchen, a large dining table and beds for 6 persons. There is one bathroom which has a shower and plenty of hot water. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer.
