Lovely clean, warm, well equipped and quiet location in a very friendly Warwickshire village. Debbie was a great host and also supplied us with fresh eggs for breakfast! Made very welcome by the local pub, flower shop and coffee shops. Saturday Farmer's Market was great too! Excellent location for local exploration - Edge Hill, Warwick and Warwick Castle, Stratford-on-Avon together with National Trust locations all within a 30 min drive. Cottage was ideal for 2 retired couples, but would have worked for small families too. We are long time and well seasoned AirBnB's - in GB, Europe and Western Canada ....... and the combination of host Debbie, the accommodation and location ranks our visit up there with THE BEST! We'd give it 6* if we could - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Bell Cottage is one of our absolute favourites. The location is exquisite - alongside the Avon and accessible, via some delightful pathways which you are actively encouraged to use by the host and her husband; a most welcoming couple. It is far enough away from Stratford to be peaceful and close enough to be a short drive for the RSC and all of Stratford's other delights. The facilities are superb; some delicious touches all around and glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside from back and front. The fundamentals were spot-on; comfy bed; spacious, hot and powerful shower - easy-to-use and everything fresh and clean. A sparkling gem in Central England. We will be back. Mark and Sarah

We loved staying at Val's beautiful, peaceful, clean and comfortable place. It was perfect for us to come back to after a busy day to relax. Sitting outside by the pond with the lovely view of fields and cows was an early morning and dusk treat. Val is friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you Val.
