we enjoyed staying the night, it suited our needs well, it was so nice an clean, an nice an homey,, the bed was very comfy, an it was a perfect fit for a one night stay be4 needing to leave again the next morn,, thank u for a great, an comfy place to stay !!

I would definitely stay here again, it was in the perfect part of town, we walked more than we drove.

Cozy spot in quiet, small town Albany above a lively corner cafe. We stayed here for a month during the holidays to visit nearby family and enjoyed our stay. Gregg has added a ton of thoughtful touches (decor, comfy blankets/pillows, plenty of seating) that make for a nice area to hangout, large beds in both bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The apartment is on the second floor above a cafe at an intersection so there is some neighborly noise but it’s great for a coffee lovers waking up to the smell of freshly roasted and steps from the cafe. Gregg is extremely responsive and friendly for any/all requests and messages. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area and would recommend if you’re looking for a nice two bedroom stay near Athens

We rented because of the reviews and it was on point! Everything was pristine. Parking was ample and easy. A short drive to restaurants. Everything was so cozy! You can tell care is taken inside and outside. We would definitely stay again!

I arrived in charleston WV after 1 long international flight and 2 exhausting domestic flights i was extremely tired i asked tyler if check-in can be before 3 pm and he was very fine with it , i loved the place its very quiet i felt just like home everything was just like described and the house was really clean tyler was very friendly and if you need anything from him he would text you in few minutes he got good communication skills overall i loved my stay there and would definitely try it again if i come back to visit 10/10 Stay! Highly recommended

Kate's space was perfect for our weekend stay in Zanesville. The location was perfect and the space was cozy and clean. I would definitely book again if staying in the area!

The home was very cozy and great for a private getaway. Proximity to the highway made getting to the National Forrest and the nearby towns very easy.

Wonderful host who was pleasant to deal with as well as flexible..you can tell they also care about their place & about their guest having an amazing stay....clean, nice, responsive, kind, supplies, & just easy all around what more could you ask for?? I (we) appreciate how kind they were & had a great night!! Thank you again!!

We felt at home immediately. Even the lawn was manicured! The dogs were more relaxed here than they are at home even. There was a little issue with parking, but not worth any fuss. We just happened to arrive when the bbq diner across the street was packed on a Saturday evening. Sitting on the front porch together drinking good coffee and watching the river barges just right across the street going down the Ohio river was so relaxing. The house is just minutes away from lots of parks and historic walks and good coffee shops. We loved it. So easy to use for what we needed.

It was a nice stay. Didn’t really interact at all but it booked right away and had no issues. Just had to reach out how to get in but other than that it was great. 5 stars

Staying here was perfect! Everything was as described and the walking trails were a ton of fun! Definitely bring bug spray and be prepared for ticks but that’s a given in the woods! Regardless it was everything as described in the amenities and met if not exceeded our expectations!

The Airbnb has a certain country charm to it. It has everything you need for your stay. With a few trails to explore on the property. There was plenty of room to be comfortable. When we had trouble with the streaming services, the host came down and help resolved the issue. We would gladly book again if in the area!

Kaitlyn’s place was a great weekend getaway for a big group of my friends. When we think of going back down to Athens, we will definitely look for this stay again!

Ashok was very responsive and the stay was exactly as listed! Great value for the price point and location. Would recommend for a long weekend to campus!
