We stayed at this beautiful home and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. The house was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated — every detail was thoughtfully done. It’s incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host was beyond responsive and helpful, answering every question promptly and making us feel truly welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one stands out. We can’t recommend it highly enough — everything was perfect!

Ms Judy was remarkably accommodating with all my requests and my daughter and her friends had an unforgettable time and we will definitely be back.

Cabin was extremely clean. Had all the amenities needed. We were only there for one night but was definitely worth the drive. Very close to town. We ate at the Naked Olive i recommend giving it a try. We also stopped by Berkley Springs brewery also enjoyed.

Our group had an amazing time. It was easy for us to spread out and have our own space, as well as gather together for dinners without being cramped. The beds were very comfortable. The surrounding area is gorgeous. Anna was a responsive host and made our stay seamless.

Brianna’s place felt right at home. It was warm, toasty and cozy… rooms and bathrooms were clean, the space was uncluttered, there enough blankets and kitchen appliances… it was in a private, quiet area. It had a beautiful view and a deck to sit on and have a cup of tea, coffee or even spend the whole day at. Highly recommend!!

My family stayed here for close to a week, the views and nature experience was breathtaking. The bedrooms are huge, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of space to spread out when your social battery gets low. My nieces and nephews that slept on the bottom floor and the top floor weren't disturbed by the noise we made on the main floor, this was a relief. The house is built solid and the kids had no problem sleeping through our very loud game nights. We brought an infant and a 2 1/2 year old and the house included baby gates that also was an extra plus for us! Having two refrigerators was extremely helpful. A few steps from the driveway you can walk to the pool which is beautifully surrounded by trees and gorgeous stone accents. No issues with Wifi , plenty of parking and towels. Just a few miles away is Cacapon Resort State Park with a gorgeous waterfall, hiking trails, fishing pond, playground and beach.

Tony was great. Helpful and welcoming. The house was great , clean and great location/area. Highly recommend.

A very nice cabin in the woods. The location is not secluded, there are other cabins nearby. The woods between the houses give some privacy. The cabin is spacious, with three good sized bedrooms upstairs, and a living room and a dining area - kitchen on the main level. The hot tub was a big hit with the kids. There's also a gas grill on the back porch. For anyone into craft beer, I recommend Berkeley Spring Brewing Co. just 4 minutes drive from the cabin: really nice lunch and their own brews, and a nice atmosphere.

It was a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sqrly Nest. It was a long weekend so the neighbors were celebrating (couldn't see who they were) shooting shot guns in the air (it sounded like). Other than that, it was very peaceful. The place itself was pristine and had a well-stocked kitchen. Thanks for letting us stay!

This was my second time (over many years) that I've stayed at the Fern Valley house. It was lovely and peaceful. Had a fairly well-stocked kitchen that was clean. The beds were very comfy. We had a rainy weekend, so spent a lot of time in the house with the Roku TV keeping us company. Even though WV had some bad flash flooding, we didn't have problems because the house is down an easy (not steep) driveway right off a main road. All in all, highly recommend.

Charming weekend getaway at rustic cottage! As described and great for our weekend celebration. All amenities good to go and we enjoyed sitting outside loving the view.

Don't walk, RUN to this beautiful house on the hill. We stayed for a girls weekend and it was perfect. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy ourselves. The view is breathtaking. We even got to experience a snowstorm. ABSOLUTELY LOVED our time here

The Cottage was the perfect size for the five of us, and we loved the location close to downtown: we were able to walk to all location within Berkeley Springs, and we also appreciated the close proximity to Cacopan State Park

This place was just what I was looking for. Quiet place to relax, good place to hike and fitness center and courts. Cabin was just as advertised cozy and well kept. Everything you need for a weekend stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the mountains! The cottage was clean and accessible and had a hot tub with a beautiful view. The host was great with communication and very helpful with our needs.

I booked this house for me & my out-of-town friends for the weekend as my daughter was getting married in a nearby town. We found this house to be spacious (for all 9 adults)! We had plenty of parking for a total of 5 large SUV's and pick-up trucks. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and VERY responsive to any questions that I had. They offered plenty of information on events that were happening in the town and suggestions for services we were looking for (food & transportation). This house is located in a BEAUTIFUL area and my only regret is that I did not get to spend enough time exploring this area. We all agreed that we will return for a 'vacation' weekend. Second time visiting the Retreat at Upland Trail, and will be back again!!! Beautiful cabin and views. The place was immaculately clean both times thanks to Rachel, the housekeeper for the property (I always leave a nice tip). The screened in porch with grill is nice, and the gas firepit on the balcony is so relaxing at night. As for Wi-Fi, it okay considering the location and did fine for the internet TV. However, if you have Verizon the 4G cell coverage is strong. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay at this cabin! It’s right next to the river, super peaceful with beautiful scenery all around. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind, and we were excited to see paw paw trees growing nearby. The cabin had everything we needed—comfortable, clean, and just the right mix of cozy and secluded. Would definitely come back!

This cottage is a wonderful place! Comfy furniture and a great location. Not far from the places I needed to go. The only thing I would have liked to have there is a washer and dryer! When your on a longer trip being able to do laundry can be a necessity.

Our family of 3 generations had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! The space has so many fun things to explore and enjoy, both indoors and out. We were thrilled by the private trail on the property, which was a little under a mile up to a sweet lookout point with swings & Adirondack chairs with views of the mountains. Gorgeous! (It was steep, so the older ones of our group didn’t make the whole trek.) The fire pit, corn hole, large yard and driveway, and grill filled out the outdoor fun! Inside we had a blast playing pool and watching movies on the basement cozy couch area.

We had a wonderful stay at Seventh Heaven. My family and 2 dogs had a quick stay for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The cabin was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The pellet stove was perfect to relax, as was the hot tub. We took a hike at the paw paw tunnel and trail which was about 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed the peace and quiet away from our busy lives. I hope to return to this lovely cabin in the future!
