This small (200 sq ft + 80 sq ft sleeping loft), Adirondack style cabin was completely refurbished this past year using locally sourced woods and built by hand. Located two miles from downtown Keene Valley, and at 1800 feet, this is an ideal place for those who prefer the quiet forest, the peaceful sound of a mountain brook, and possibily seeing animals.

Plenty of Parking for two vehicles and a short walk of approx. 50 yards to the cabin.

All of which have great shops and restaurants! Close to many local attractions including ,Woodchuck Cider house, Lincoln Peak Vineyard, Ski areas, Hiking , rivers, lakes, restaurants and much more! Our goal was to provide guests with a home away from home! We feel our cottage offers that and much more.

The Peasant's Quarters has an eat-in kitchen with a full-size stove/frig. In the bedroom is a queen-size bed. We also have a queen-size pull-out couch. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a private entrance with on-site parking. We are not far away from all the fun in Lake Placid/ Lake George or a day trip into Vermont. The Beebe Farm was started in 1921 by Fred and Pearl Beebe. There are now four generations of Beebe's who have farmed this land. Over time these spectacular views have been created by hard work and devotion to agriculture. We offer this rental for you to relax and enjoy the breathtaking panorama of Lake Champlain, the Green Mountains of Vermont, and the eastern slopes of the Adirondacks. Bring your snowmobiles and leave right from the houses restaurants and breweries are accessible via this trail. Once the weather warms up there is a private pool onsite. Location is within an hour of lake placid and hiking trails everywhere. Amtrak station in town and could coordinate pick up and drop off.
