Beachfront holiday rental in Moriani-Plage, San-Nicolao

Very well located accommodation next to the market square and the Old Port. The only drawback is that it's on the fourth floor, without an elevator, but there is a very beautiful view from the many windows of the apartment.

Coming with family at 10, the house was very nice, clean and well appointed. The heated pool was usable at the end of April, the terrace was very nice and the kitchen well equipped. Thanks to Laurence for her availability and advice

Ideal accommodation for two people. Very well located near St Florent (shops) with a superb view of the sea. The possible access to the beach on foot is an undeniable plus. Very quiet residence. The accommodation is well-equipped. The air conditioning was very much appreciated at night during this period of high heat. Clean accommodation. We had a great time. The apartment was super clean, tastefully furnished and nothing was missing! Beautiful view of the sea, quiet location and the beach is within walking distance. The area can be easily explored by car. Isabelle was very nice and always available. We can recommend the accommodation, even with a dog.

The accommodation at Chantal's was great, absolutely recommended!!! Chantal is always available, very friendly and gives tips for all needs. The apartment is very nicely decorated, modern and equipped with everything you need. There are great restaurants nearby that offer delicious French cuisine, the prices are fair. Unfortunately, I have a small criticism, the beach, which is a 3-minute walk away, is public (free of charge), so it is not so well maintained. Nevertheless, you can also spend a nice day there. All in all, we were very satisfied and would stay with Chantal again on a new trip to Corsica. Thanks very much.

A delightful place to stay. The property is well equipped and very peaceful. It is quite isolated so a car is essential.

Eric & Lou are indescribably loving hosts who always have an open ear and great tips for activities. The apartment is lovingly decorated, air-conditioned and more than clean. The pool area is cleaned every day and the entire outdoor area is super well maintained. This place is a clear recommendation and we were there for the first time, but certainly not the last time.

We had a great stay at Karine and Fred's, who are very friendly. The house is very nice, with a beautiful garden, the pool and the sheltered terrace are a big plus. Located close to St Florent, the place is perfect for visiting the Cap Corse, and also allows you to rest because the place is very quiet. Karine and Fred welcomed us, advised us well and also knew how to remain discreet; in addition, we benefited from all the amenities when we arrived on site. We recommend these hosts.

We were allowed to spend 10 days at the property in October. 2 adults, 2 10 year old children. Everything was as described. Apartment and kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, welcome gift, friendly neighbors, good opportunities for sports (sea, volleyball, football, table tennis, boules, jogging, hiking). Instruction and communication went smoothly. It has two beaches, on the small you were always alone, on the big one rarely other people. We can recommend the place 100%!

Had a top week in Laure's lovely beach house with sea views and sandy beach less than 1 minute walk. Also a lovely swimming pool with loungers and parasol next to the cottage. We felt right at home. Upon arrival, a bottle of water and cookies. Very thoughtful! The beds were good and also the sofa bed was perfect for my daughter. The cottage is very cozy and spacious with a good kitchen. Laure is a very sweet, helpful and compassionate host, who responds very quickly to questions. In the middle of the night, we called the ambulance for my son and we also called Laure, who immediately came to us. Thank you again for that! There is also a delicious bakery nearby, where we got fresh bread and pastries every day. The supermarkets are also nearby. The air conditioning was wonderful in the evening to cool down this warm week. Once again: had a wonderful week!

The place has a wonderful location, only 3 minutes from the beach and on the beach itself it has two great restaurants. Otherwise it is very quiet and you can relax wonderfully in your own small garden. The cottage is rather functionally furnished, but it has everything you need. Only in the kitchen are some things missing if you want to cook properly. We were very warmly welcomed at the place and there was already a bottle of wine, water and a glass of homemade jam for us in the fridge. We really enjoyed the stay. The place is the perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation.

We loved the location and the wonderful view of the small old port of Bastia. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for 2 people. Catching the sunrise from the bed touches the soul. The murmur until around midnight had something calming. So you were in the middle of it, even if you didn't personally open ice cups under the windows in the salon. All in all, a very relaxing holiday. Recommended.

A smiling and warm welcome from Angelina (who is also very responsive). The accommodation is clean, modern, well-equipped and very close to the beach. A private outdoor area for breakfast, barbecue or to enjoy the sun's rays... in short, enough to have a great stay, all close to Bastia and amenities... we recommend it.

Very stylish, small Airbnb with small kitchen in which we felt very comfortable. River and sea right outside the front door and the beach is very spacious and beautiful! Clear and helpful information from the host for flexible check-in. We were able to enjoy our vacation there very much!

This apartment is a gem. The stairs with their high steps are worth climbing! I was accompanied by my father who is old and was not able to pack his suitcase himself, but Christine was very kind enough to help us when we arrived. The departure was also sporty, but I do not regret my choice given the beauty of the apartment, its view, and its ideal location in the heart of the Citadel. And special note à la carte for the underground parking nearby which was very helpful to us.

This is the absolute best place to spend a vacation - the house is very friendly and has a wonderful terrace. The location is directly at the sea. Everything you need for a wonderful stay is there. i can fully recommend this house for a wonderful experience of Korsika.

We were delighted to spend a week at Sylvie's place. Great location for us. Beach a stone's throw away, swimming pool, it gives a happy child! There's nothing lacking in the space. Sylvie is very friendly and is very easy to connect with. Would definitely stay again.
