If you are looking for a place to stay in the Marrakech Medina this is it. Beautifully appointed over four levels with 5 en suite bedrooms spa and 2 mini pools and roof top views this home was absolutely fantastic. Great for our family to come together for a wedding and experience the hustle and bustle of the Medina and the peace of the Riad. Hassan and Malouda took care of all our questions, taxis, washing and cooked us an amazing tagine meal. Truly spectacular

We had a great week at this beautiful villa. It is larger than we had imagined, fully equipped, comfortable bedding, charming and luxurious. We used Zina's services, who treated us and with whom we shared beautiful moments of sharing. Ben Hammou the caretaker was also lovely, very attentive to us, and delighted to share his culture. Really a beautiful address in the heart of Moroccan life

Absolutely honour to stay at this riad and phillip do his best to explain and help us with everything. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to the markets/souks. Overall, i would really recommend this to anyone, and i myself will definitely be coming back.

The villa is exactly as shown in the photos and is perfect for a stay with friends The teams on site are very welcoming: special mention for the Moroccan breakfast prepared by the cook! We'll be there 😊

The apartment was very clean and nice. Well furnished. The rooms are spacious and each have their own bathroom and a large balcony. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop. It was really very pleasant: The kitchen on this terrace, the comfortable sofas... it's a real plus! And the jacuzzi to cool off, a real blessing!! We had our breakfast and a few meals there, because the place really lends itself to it and in terms of utensils, nothing is missing 😊 There are good quality restaurants in the neighborhood. We traveled only on foot, even to reach the medina. It's not too far away. Majorelle Gardens are located just in front of the apartment. We can only highly recommend the visit: it is a real haven of peace!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Thank you for everything 🙏

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We did not use the kitchen but it is very large and seems to be well equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it doesn't happen much in Morocco but a small curtain for the shower would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main axes of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, horse-drawn carriage rides next door. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small convenience store downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to get there, so you can't go in a simple swimsuit, you have to dress since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and have good advice, thank you very much to you both!

The accommodation is located in a strategic position, because it is close to one of the entrances to the Medina and at the same time close to the main Souks. We were a group of 6 friends and we had a great time, the housekeeper Aziza was very kind and very helpful for all our requests. Recommended!

We had an amazing trip to Marrakech. Saïd ensured all communication was clear and arranged airport transfers. When we arrived we were greeted by Adam who provided all the info we needed. Aude was on hand by message to arrange excursions (dromedary ride and dinner in the desert) plus a guided tour of the Medina with a very knowledgeable guide (well worth it if you are interested in local history). The beds are comfortable and we had breakfast made by Aude twice (our choice to have twice out). Great meals at Villa Aaron and Dardar. Marrakech is full of sights, sounds, smells and experience. The people are so welcoming. You get used to the busy streets and it feels very safe. Haggle in the souk for souvenirs to take home and remember this beautiful place.

Rachid’s place is a beautiful calm oasis in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic interior design touches and lush planting frame a heated plunge pool on the ground floor where you can relax over a cold drink with the sounds of running water and bird song. We ate on the rooftop terrace some evenings - there is a handy kitchenette up there with a sink and fridge and sun loungers. The showers have good pressure and the beds are super comfy. Do not hesitate to book this excellent place. You won’t regret it. Thanks also to host Mohammed for meeting and orientating us when we arrived and arranging transport to the airport when we left. It was our first time in Marrakech, and also in North Africa, so it was nice that Khalid arranged for our airport pick-up, and also met us to show us to and around his place. The Riad is in a quieter part of the Medina, which was nice to escape back to with our son, after exciting days in the main square and souks, but there are local amenities and restaurants locally. The Riad itself is very spacious and authentic feeling, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with its amazing views. Khalid was responsive and helpful throughout our time in Marrakech, and we would definitely recommend staying there.

We had a fantastic time. It is as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared a delicious breakfast for us and even got me several Aker Fassi so I didn't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely airtight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Solid place.

We spent a wonderful week in Agadir thanks to this beautiful accommodation. The house is large, very tastefully decorated and very clean. The location is ideal, you can walk to the market in a few minutes. Parking is right across the street. Laila is a very attentive hostess. Although she was away during our stay, we were always able to reach her and she responded quickly. We plan to come back to Agadir next year and definitely want to stay in this beautiful house and get to know Leila personally.

We loved the location close to a lot of attractions

Mohamed and the teams are great. Everything was perfect. We had a great stay with friends. The riad is sumptuous, the bedding is comfortable, everyone bends over backwards for travelers. The teams are kind, pleasant and attentive. The cooking and breakfasts are delicious. Really great stay. We warmly recommend!

We absolutely loved this terrace home, super private, everything you need in one space. We love all the wood works and the personal touches to the furniture, such a great style. Very dynamic space, really felt homey, welcoming and that we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Easy to stay in this home and not leave! For what we were looking for it was the perfect location, tucked away to be in our own space. Also local little shops all around, little coffee spots and the beach is nearby. We would come back to Essaouira just to stay here again <3 Nadine was also very responsive, friendly and on the ball with messaging. We were welcomed by Ivy who was delightful and a great person to show us around and help us with anything we needed. The full experience was smooth, easy and exactly what we were looking for :)

Our first time in Marrakech and I’m so glad it was in this beautiful Riad! From the airport pick‑up to help with our departure arrangements, everything was seamless and welcoming. The location is ideal — right in the heart of the Medina — making it easy to explore. Abdou’s cooking was absolutely incredible, true comfort food that felt like a home‑cooked meal. After a hot day exploring the markets, it was such a treat to come back and cool off in the pool. No complaints at all — we’d return again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Romain is easily reachable, and has helped us a lot. The villa is really beautiful. I absolutely recommend you go there. Lots of nice little details, as well as a very pleasant pool/pétanque court and terrace. In terms of price/quality, there is nothing better. Thank you very much Romain and I hope to see you soon :)

Regina's Dar is a wonderful place to explore Marrakech. The house is ideally located for this, very close to all the important attractions and yet completely quiet. Jamaa El Fna is just a 10-minute walk away. The Dar itself is very tastefully decorated and contains everything you need to enjoy yourself. The beautiful pool and roof terrace invite you to enjoy carefree and exude a feeling of luxury. Exactly what you appreciate after a long day in the souks. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and in excellent condition. Regina and Khadija, who are always ready to help with advice, action and information when needed, ensure this. Although Regina was not on site, she always responded within a very short time. Khadija's breakfast was sensational and always freshly prepared. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and recommend this Dar with full conviction. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

A really spacious riad with an excellent location. It is just a short walk away from the main tourist attractions, but is quiet and peaceful being just off the main street. We slept well throughout our stay. The riad had everything we needed. The housekeeper Fatima was so friendly and provided us with a delicious breakfast every day which made our stay very relaxing. Karine replied quickly and efficiently to our messages both before and during our stay and answered all the questions we had. She also arranged a transfer from the airport, which was very helpful, particularly as we were new to Marrakech. There were plenty of rooftop restaurants nearby and a supermarket at the end of the street. It's an excellent location for an authentic medina experience and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Eugenio was always very prompt to answer any queries. The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The plunge pool was fabulous after a morning of wandering, shopping, seeing the sights to cool off in, then a quick dip after the evenings meal😁. Youssef the driver/ tour guide was very friendly and helpful, took us on a desert trip that was wonderful 😀 . Promptly picked us up on arrival and when we left drove us too. It was a fabulous stay from start to finish. Thank you. 😊 l
