⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Very quaint little spot! Located in a very quiet, serene area. We absolutely loved the yard and the trails behind the house, my dog felt right at home! Renee was very responsive when needed but otherwise felt we had plenty of privacy despite being on the same property. Space was clean and charming and everything we needed for a quick wedding weekend! Would definitely recommend for a relaxing quiet weekend!

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

Shawn's home provided a perfect place for my husband, mother and myself spend time with my son and daughter-in-law that are now attending college in CT. The home was spacious and made it possible for us to cook and to gather around a table for a family meal. The hot tub, fire pit table and grill was a great addition. There are also plenty of games available. The beds are super comfy! We wanted to take advantage of the skatepark but no one brought a board :-( The property and home are very beautiful. We had such a great time and won't forget how peaceful our stay was. Shawn is very responsive, informative and polite. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We came in for a bridal shower. I 100% recommended to other out of towners this listing. Wanted to stay a few more days but our schedules wouldnt allow. It is definitely worth the 5 star review!! Will be staying here in the future to visit my sister less then 2 miles away!!

Our son attends a nearby boarding school, and during our visits, we have stayed at hotels and other Airbnbs. This home was one of our favorites. My husband commented that “this was easily my favorite place we’ve stayed.” We enjoyed the kitchen/living room layout to cook and hangout, and the bed was very comfortable. There are two hiking trails, both less than 10 minutes away, that we enjoyed while here, too. I definitely recommend a stay here.

This charming, rural home has a touch of mid-century fun throughout. But the best part is the gorgeous lawn and waking up to the sound of the rushing brook right outside the window. Rebecca was so friendly and responsive and included lots of little touches that were very thoughtful.

Perfect placement, central to our needs. I love the fact my dog didn't have to be in a crate while we were out. I also love that there were laundry and dishwasher pods. Fantastic stay overall.

Kartik was super communicative. Beautiful home and a perfect getaway to quiet space from the city especially for my dog. They had to redo some landscaping while I was there, Kartik communicated this prior to my arrival and made sure I was comfortable with the situation. Great host, would definitely recommend. There are great hiking trails around that are dog friendly and winery’s with great views.

Well equipped, clean, functional space. Back porch and patio is fantastic for expanding the space and ease of entertainment. Caught some pretty good catfish and carp right off the back stairs/landing. Convenient to many amenities with easy access from rt159 and rt57.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!

Will definitely be repeat customers when we come back to CT to see friends and family. The place is exactly as described, spotless and was a home away from home. Elizabeth answered any questions quickly. Thank you for making our first experience with Air Bnb a positive one.

Cristina's home was great for our stay! She was extremely helpful even before we checked in, providing clear instructions on where to park and the location of the entrance. She even left out some toys for our son to play with during our time there. It's small space, but what we needed and exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again, when we come back to the area!
