An eclectic mix of materials were re-purposed to create the welcoming space - both inside and out. Located on a rise above the Collins River - the river is not immediately visible but is only steps away! There is also easy access for launching kayaks or small fishing boats on the property.

It is nestled off of the main road, but only 12 minutes from downtown attractions. It is surrounded by green pastures and mature wooded area. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

Some of these include Stone Door State Park, Greeter Falls, Fiery Gizzard trail, The Caverns music venue and cave tours, and Cumberland Caverns. There is also golfing available at 6 locations within an hours drive or less!

1 Bed 1 Bath Carriage House

The carriage house is located behind the main house with its own entrance and its own private balcony. This spacious one bedroom carriage house has a queen size bed and separate living room with sleeper sofa and kitchenette with a table. You are welcome to enjoy the park-like setting grounds as well as a gazebo with swing chairs and picnic table area. For stays over one week, there is a washer and dryer on the bottom level. You will have to ask hosts prior for access.

Located 1.5 miles off Interstate 24, 1 hour 20 minutes from Chattanooga, 45 minutes from Nashville, 15 - 30 minutes from Murfreesboro, Shelbyville, Manchester, and Tullahoma, and only 9 miles from historic Bell Buckle. Our newly renovated farmhouse style home, which sleeps up to 10, will provide you a peaceful and quiet setting for escaping and relaxing.
