The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Bright, cheery, and clean with plenty of windows overlooking the tides of the back bay and Los Osos. Walking distance to the Embarcadero. Parking. Queen size bed within a pullout couch can be set up in the open office area to accommodate 2 more people. This unit is above my other listing, "Marshall's Place", in my two story home.
