This spacious studio apartment has a super-comfy bed and is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all things SLO. We use only natural, organic cleaning products, and all sheets and towels are of high-quality cotton. Kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea, etc. Smart TV. Licensed in the city of SLO ( #113984), so a required 13% lodging tax is included.

Downtown Bungalow

This is a very cute studio near cal poly/ downtown San Luis Obispo. The unit is VERY small but comfortable and cozy. It is the back unit of a main house so it is preferred that guests are respectful. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and tv (no microwave and only a small fridge).The bed is lofted and very comfortable. We do our absolute best to try and accommodate the needs of guests while they are staying in the bungalow. We advertise exactly what the unit is.

Historic 1887 home with modern interior. Entire upper floor suite (700 sq ft) with private entrance, galley kitchen, laundry, common space (recently updated w/ comfy seating for 4-see photos below!), bathroom and two bedrooms. This space was remodeled in 2019 and has a fully equipped kitchen and private rooftop deck with views of Cerro San Luis and Bishop Peak.
