The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan and incorporates the kitchen, dining and seating areas with constant warmth from the Aga. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and a light filled twin room.

I book Emily’s place pretty last minute for a getaway for my parents. She was instantly in contact to let us know about things to do locally and communicated the check in instructions with plenty of notice and it was great! What a stunning place to stay and perfect for a little getaway ☺️ I can’t thank Emily enough for making the place so homely and welcoming as well as being so responsive. A five star plus place to stay always very clean a well stocked fridge a great bowl of fruit and lots of extras. It's just up the road from the town buses and two train stations. Malcolm and Sam go above and beyond what is expected it's the place to stay if you visit Sheringham.

Fabulous barn conversion in a quiet and peaceful location a few minutes walk from Morston Quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. This was perfect for a 5 night stay for our family with 3 teens and a dog, with bedrooms downstairs a lovely communal space upstairs for evening games, meals and a cosy wood burning stove. Super clean and beautifully decorated.. We’d love to return.
