Very friendly and welcoming owner. The apartment was super clean , cozy., nicely renovated, fully equipped. Located in very nice calm neighbourhood, very close to the shops, restaurants and transportation in the lovely area of Kallithea. Highly recommended.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και το κατάλυμα ήταν άνετο και καθαρό. Οοικοδεσπότης ήταν φιλικός και η επικοινωνία άμεση. Έλειπαν βέβαια κάποια βασικά, όπως μια σκούπα και ορισμένα άλλα μικροπράγματα, αλλά δεν χάλασαν την συνολική εμπειρία μας. Θα το προτείναμε και θα το ξαναεπιλέγαμε

Marie ha sido una anfitriona excelente. Nos sentimos como en nuestra casa . Limpia , cómoda , llena de detalles (hasta nos puso zapatillas , gel de ducha para nuestro bebes y mucho más ). Todo cuidado en el mínimo detalle . 5 estrellas son pocas para ese alojamiento y la amabilidad de su dueña . Contestaba muy rápido y nos ha dado varias recomendaciones para nuestra estancia . Греція — чудова країна! Афіни — одне з найкращих міст у Греції. Повітря тут дуже сухе, але комфортне. Житло, яке ми орендували, виявилося приємним і дуже чистим — все відповідало фото. Власник дуже ввічливий і швидко відповідав на всі запитання. Квартира чиста, сусіди спокійні — нам усе дуже сподобалося! Є лише два невеликі моменти: 1️⃣ Сток у ванній постійно забивався, тому вода стікала дуже повільно. Нас було троє дівчат, і через це доводилося чекати, поки можна знову скористатися душем. 2️⃣ О 6-й ранку двірники миють під’їзд і прибирають сміття спеціальною машиною — це досить гучно, тому можна прокинутися від шуму. Для тих, хто подорожує з маленькими дітьми, це може бути незручністю. Загалом усе дуже сподобалося! Рекомендуємо це житло й дякуємо власнику за гостинність! 🫶🍓

Πολύ καθαρός Και όμορφος χώρος ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες. Μεγάλο συν το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ.

Ολα ήταν τέλεια. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, οδηγίες πως να μπούμε στο σπίτι ήταν σαφής. Εννοείται θα ξαναμείνουμε εκεί χωρίς δισταγμό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ

My stay at this Airbnb in Greece was absolutely wonderful. The place was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured. The location was super convenient—close to everything I needed. Communication with the host was excellent; they were quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. I felt well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι. Ήσυχη περιοχή. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και είχε μέσα όλες τις ανέσεις.

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Von A bis Z waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, hell, sehr schön eingerichtet & man hat eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Akropolis. Ringsrum gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants & Cafés :) Die Kommunikation mit Konstantinos war sehr angenehm & wir haben stets zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Wieder in Athen würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.

Great location close to the Acropolis. Host Stefania met me at the door even though it was late at night. She showed me the apartment and gave clear instructions as to how everything worked. She also mentioned local places to find groceries or restaurants. Nice to have a very clean apartment with all I needed, especially the air con - necessary in summer. Will come back here if I’m back in Athens.

Ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που περιμέναμε! Πεντακάθαροι και προσεγμένοι όλοι οι χώροι. Τεράστιο μπαλκόνι με θέα. Νοιώσαμε πολύ άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπήκαμε. Σημαντικό ότι το κάθε δωμάτιο είχε το μπάνιο του. Η απόλυτη άνεση!!! Ο χώρος του σαλονιού ι είναι πολύ άνετος και μεγάλος. Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερες ημέρες Την επόμενη φορά που θα ξαναέρθουμε θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή.

Ότι καλύτερο έχουμε μείνει δεν υπάρχουν λόγια!!! ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθουμε!! απίστευτη τιμή και ολα πεντακάθαρα!! ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα ❤️

מאד נהנינו בנכס. הייתה הרגשה ביתית. הרגשנו בנוח וישנו טוב. ענה בדיוק לציפיות שלנו. לילדים היה חדר עם מיטת קומותיים ומשחקים. אהבו גם הם את השהות

The apartment was great, had everything we needed and even more. The jacuzzi relaxed us and made the whole experience even better. As for the location it was easy to find and with lots of things to do nearby. I totally recommend it!

My stay at Alfiario’s apartment was a true Airbnb experience. Alfiario was easy contactable, proactive, and welcomed us with open arms on arrival. She also took the time to recommend surrounding attractions and dining options, which we have found to be truly delightable. Very comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend Alfiaro’s accommodation, especially if you want to stay away from the typical tourist traps.

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

We loved our stay here. the location was amazing with great views and easily walkable to everything we wanted to see! Was very professionally maintained and even had small things like a cold water in the fridge waiting for us!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The location was perfect because it was close enough to some restaurants, yet far enough away from the main tourist areas, so it was quiet and peaceful at night. The view of Parthenon was incredible! I highly recommend staying here.
