Fresh cottage on a nice plot in wonderful Abbekås

Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Relax with family or your friends in this peaceful accommodation located in the idyllic village of Sjörup with proximity to beautiful Ystad about 10 km. You live close to Mossbystrand where you can enjoy a swim in the sea and sunbathe, distance about 2.5 km. The guesthouse located on the property facing our wonderful garden and next door to the horse pasture is recently renovated and with room for 4 people. The guesthouse consists of two rooms , kitchen and toilet. Chargers for electric cars possible for a fee. Please let me know before arrival.

Two Bedrooms (Double bed, 2 Single beds) Large modern kitchen with everything you need. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is located in Mossbystrand about 12 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop with good connections is 100 meters away, which will take you all the way to Trelleborg or Ystad. The apartment is 1 km from Hotel Mossbylund

Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, ca 6 km till Ystad dit du lätt kör med bil eller cyklar längs havet. Busshållplats och tågstation med goda kommunikationer.

Cozy street house in the center of Ystad

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Our guests have free access to the padel courts (both doubles and singles courts) at Öja Padel Park, about 7 minutes by car from the house. Talk to the host about how you book.

Cottage by the sea in cozy Abbekås. Relax in this unique and tranquil home with stunning views of the ocean. Shared garden. 200 meters from the property you will find a picturesque harbor, a cozy bakery and a charming restaurant. In the harbor there is a popular swimming jetty. Abbekås has many nearby beaches for a refreshing swim. For golf enthusiasts, Abbekås golf course is only 2 kilometers away. Ystad, with its picturesque atmosphere, is only 16 km from Abbekås.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Enjoy a quiet surroundings by open fields and a fantastic view. 7 minutes away you will find the sea, 10 minutes to Ystad with restaurants and shops, 15 minutes from Österlen and 35 minutes to Malmö. An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.
